Uber Eats cancelled and order on me without permission then charged me. That was 13$ lost but not the end of the world. How the Paul St Location in Dieppe responded to it as "not their responsibility " citing that the Delivery Drivers they employ are not a reflection or responsibility of BK who hired them.

They know that Uber Eats is stealing from customers its why unlike Skip or Uber they dont let drivers hold orders they have no intent of picking up. When that happens on Doordash or Skip i simply have to ask the driver to please release the order so someone less busy can get it and they always do without issue.

With Uber Customer Service agents , 2 of them confirmed they have no control or ability to control the drivers actions. Bots are less cold then Uber's Customer Service Reps. Bots at leeast pretend to be Empathetic while Uber Justifies poor behavior and Theft

Cannot fill out survey, will not accept receipt code number? Called customer service, guy tells me to sign into site and then hangs up on me? Waste of time!

After I did the online survey, instead of getting a code to put on the reciept, it assumed I had a cell phone and provided 2 apps. I DON'T HAVE A CELL PHONE. After another 1/2 hour I made a complaint and recieved an email, After filling in this form it advised me to take my computer to the B/K store in order to claim my Whopper. Do they expect me to load my computer into my car and go plug it in at one of their stores? Trying to contact them their 1 866 394 2493 # does not work! I guess eating there a few times a month does not matter to them.

I've been an avid fan of Burger King since I was a kid. It always tasted better than McDonald's to me. However, over the past 2 or 3 years Burger King has been screwing up most of my deliveries. From multiple missing items, to constantly putting pickles in every burger even I had cancelled them everytime. Over this time, Burger King told they'd send me coupons, they NEVER did by the way. Including the last coupon they didn't send they owed me about $50 in coupons. I NEVER received 1!!!! When I finally complained they said there no way of reimbursing me. I showed them all the emails pertaining to the times they were supposed to send me coupons but I didn't receive. Even with the proof, they told me no. Even after spending hundreds of dollars on them, they said no. You can't buy that kind loyalty. But Burger King aren't loyal to their customers AT ALL!!! They lie to you. Use you for money, screw up your orders and then crap all over you when complain about not being given what they promised you!!!! Screw you Burger King. I hope everyone sees this post. You guys are the worst!!!!

Don’t EVER go to an Onroute Burger King and not check your order before hitting the road. ESPECIALLY if you order anything with bacon.
They don’t put it on because they’re anticipating you driving off before realizing they didn’t give you what you ordered. Once on the highway, you’re not going to turn around and go back.
Just think how much money they steal from customers by doing this.
Onroute prices are ridiculous enough to begin with let alone to pay even more for something you don’t get.

Placed a "take-out" order for 1 Whopper, 1 double Whopper, 1 med. fry & 1 med Onion rings for a total of $29.46 and took home for supper. The whoppers were OK but certainly not great. But the fries and onion rings were absolutely terrible - inedible. It didn't entirely come as a surprise because I was in and out of the place in less than 3 minutes as the food had been already fried and had been sitting there for who knows how long. Shame on you Burger King. It's the last time you get my money.

Ordered a whopper combo with a shake at the dougall avenue store today at 2.17pm. We waited an inordinate time to place are order and when we received it the fries were cold and the whopper sandwich was warm. when we questioned the length of time to place the order we were told only two were working and that is the way it is. i understand the problem, I just do not think the staffing problem should influence the customers experienced.. for gods sake , call in someone else! It cost me 16.00 dollars for the meal I was not happy with.

I vivited the Welland location onNiagara street the Indian lady working the till with gloves on after taking my dirty cash walked over to the french fry rach and picked up all the french fries on the metal shelf and dropeed them back into the actual tray holding the fries. I was discuted with this food handing practice. I will never visit your chain again if you cannot hire non discusting cut throat labour than get out of business

Granville Burger King delivery is horrible. Watch out for yourself. Walk in is recommended!!

I would like to kindly advise others to be careful when ordering delivery from the Granville location.

I saved up while on income assistance to treat myself to a special meal and a milkshake, but the order arrived three hours late. Because of this severe delay, the food was entirely cold, soggy, and unable to be eaten.

When I reached out to customer service, they initially offered a $5 coupon for a ruined $29.88 meal. When I explained that this felt unfair, they increased the offer to a $15 coupon. However, accepting this means I would still be paying $15 out of pocket for food I could not eat, just to re-order the meal I originally paid for.

I feel it is important to let the community know that this is how delivery issues are handled here. It is heartbreaking to lose hard-earned savings on a special treat and receive a failed service without a fair solution.

Today I went to the Circle Drive East Burger King and was sold a moldy bun!

I was totally disgusted all around. First I had to wait in line at the drive through for over a 1/2 an hour. Not busy only one vehicle ahead of me. Then I ordered an original chicken sandwich and a medium onions rings. Got home opened it up and have of my bun was rock hard and opened my onion ring box and I kid you not there was only 6 onion rings in the box that I paid nearly $5 for and they were hard, cold and very chewy. Threw them out. I pay good money for this crap. If I could give a rating of a -10 I would never again. This was the Burger King on Arthur street Thunder Bay. Teach these people how to cook. Pithetic WOW

They can improve by when a customer ask for fresh of the grill burger, they get one that's been setting in a tray cold , this will be the last time I return there. Been fooled 90 % of the time

I enjoy the food and the staff were friendly and I will come back and get food.My favorite meal is the big fish and a poutine and a large root beer

Variety is the spice of life, so you made a new burger and called it a Whopper. I call it a Stacked like all the other burger joints in Kamloops. I am sure an MBA found a couple of pennies in each burger to make this worth while. Last Wednesday I travelled from the west to the east of Kamloops to get a Whopper. The Whopper is dead, so now you saved me a trip. When it comes back on line I will gladly do the trip. I have one final comment "REALY"

The Burger King in Penticton BC has some SERIOUS ISSUES…. They have very little staff and takes them forever to get through a line of people .They need to have a person at the till at all times especially on Whopper Wednesday… they need to stay there and that’s all they do ! They have too many people rushing around getting orders for the drive thru and inside… it’s like no one knows what their position is.This Burger King needs some guidance!

Complaint - I bought 2 Whoppers today at 7:10 PM at 1030 Denman St., Vancouver , Jan. 7th, 2026 and they are the worst Whoppers I have even received. Not just that, they are the worst hamburger sandwich I ever bought. I had to throw both away - could not eat them they were so bad. I would like my money back. The current management is not very good.

OH, YOU’VE DONE IT NOW, BURGER KING! I waltzed into your joint, ready to live my best burger life, and shelled out enough cash for two Steakhouse Whoppers to buy a small island. What did I get? Two buns swimming in a toxic sludge of sauce so vile it could star in a horror flick called “The Goop That Ate My Tastebuds”! I’m talking a tsunami of regret-mayo that made my burgers look like they’d been dunked in a witch’s cauldron. I stormed up to the manager, who had the charm of a moldy mop and the helpfulness of a vending machine that just eats your quarters. Refund? Replacement? HA! This clown acted like I’d asked to borrow his kidney. Called head office—big surprise, it was like talking to a robot programmed to say, “Sucks to be you!” Burger King, you’re DEAD TO ME. Take your overpriced swamp slop and your attitude and yeet yourselves into the sun! I’d rather grill my own shoe and call it gourmet than set foot in your grease palace again. I have noticed in the past few years a general trend by predominantly newer franchisees to maximize their profits at the expense of the customers (and staff). The BK closest to me seems to be able to use the smallest scrap of lettuce left over from a week ago to make the Whopper. I have spoken to some of the employees and they have been apologetic about the food, the service, the availability of condiments, basically everything and they have explained that the owner/manager has created the new rules. I guess within a couple of more years these franchisees will spell the end for corporate Burger King. Bring on better food, better service and eliminate franchisee greed.

Burger King close to millwoods town center. Ordered cherry fries they were smelly they gave us chocolate dip it was very less .on sandwiches no ketchup and mayo , meat was very dry and taste less.They should close their business instead of ripping off people.
