Burtons Solicitors Reviews

We were recommended Chris Roberts specifically from a friend and we are so happy that we found him!
He was professional and efficient and helped with everything throughout the process, explained everything clearly and reassured us throughout. The seller's estate agent has spoken to us and expressed their gratitude and how impressed they are with Chris, who not only replied to all their emails and questions with professional answers, but in such prompt timing that we have been able to exchange and complete within 5 weeks!
This is us buying our first house and Chris has answered all our questions and helped us throughout. When we first contacted Chris, he said, we may not be the cheapest but I feel the service we give is second to none and worth it, and both my husband and I agree wholeheartedly. The price we paid ( which was pretty much on quote) was pretty similar to other quotes we had, but the fact that we had such a responsive and knowledgeable solicitor working for us who covered aspects we didn't even know to think of has been absolutely worth it.
If you are looking for a property solicitor then do look no further as you will be the best of hands with Chris. We will be forever grateful to Chris and Burtons for helping us get our first home. Thank you for all you've done.

They dealt with double probate &the sale of our parents house.
They were informative, considerate and thorough and made the experience less daunting.

After having dealt with some unresponsive solicitors in the past, I was apprehensive about choosing a new firm, even after reading reviews for lots of different places I felt like I was still unsure who to instruct. Burtons solicitors was a recommendation from a friend, and honestly Julie and Daisy were exceptional. We are first time buyers who have had previous sales fall through so we were pleased that they were extremely responsive, helped us with all questions and so our sale went forward without any delays. I could always ring them if I was worried and they would answer first time, their annual leave dates were listed on emails so I was kept in the loop and they also had coverage when they were away so our case was always being progressed. My emails were answered same day or the next. They were meticulous and I felt like they made a stressful time a lot easier because you could depend on them! If you are looking at reviews like I was trying to find a good solicitor my honest experience with Julie and Daisy is that I would recommend them 100%. Thank you!

Excellent service, very understanding

Isabelle Pym and Ruth Connor at the Pembury branch have been absolutely incredible- I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They have recently supported us with both the sale of a property and the purchase of a new build. Their communication, diligence and knowledge have made the whole experience a lot less stressful for us.

The support I received from Julie and Daisy of Burtons Solicitors was absolutely outstanding.

Their knowledge, professionalism and guidance throughout the process of selling my flat was much appreciated. They were quick to respond to any questions I had and were always very friendly and patient.

I will always be grateful for the first-class service I received and would highly recommend Burtons.

Natalia was patient and supportive when assisting my husband and i to write our wills, thank you

It was our first time buying a house, meaning we were in need of help and advice every step of the way. Thankfully Sam from Burtons was excellent, responding to our queries clearly and quickly. Sam was the complete professional, and as a result we would recommend Burtons Solicitors to anyone.

Vicky & Emily have been fantastic at Burton’s Solicitor’s. A pleasure to work with.

Daisy and Julie helped us sell our property and buy our new property at the same time. They are outstanding, professional, and friendly solicitors. From the very beginning, they kept us informed about the process, gave us the best advice, chased to get the information, and were available when we needed them. I totally recommend them.

Everything was explained to me in simple terms. The patience shown by Natalia to me at this very sad and difficult time, went way above and beyond a normal client & solicitor relationship, but she still handled everything professionally.

First time buyers, quick process, great communication, less than 3 months we were moved in. Thanks

Today I completed on a property I was selling. I would highly recommend Burtons solicitors to anyone else looking to do the same. They kept me up to date on things as soon as they happened, communicated very clearly and dealt with all the enquiries put to them by the buyers very efficiently. I am very happy with the high level of customer service I received. Special thanks to both Daisy and Julie who dealt with my case.

Recommended by my estate agent John Alexander, I have nothing negative to say about Burtons Solicitors. The whole experience was positive, from the app to download documents and see the progress, to the people who work there.
I’d like to mention in particular Danielle, Lee, Isabelle and Ruth, who made the whole process seamless with a human touch. Thank you so much to you all. I 100% recommend them to anyone.

Reliable, considerate and fast to reply to any queries, happy with the service. Would use Burtons again.

Very good service. Jane is a professional and a lovely lady. I will definitely use again and recommend.

I recently bought my first home and had the pleasure of working with Michael, Dawn, and Natalia. They were all so helpful, friendly, and made the whole process feel way less stressful than I expected. They always kept me updated, answered all my questions quickly, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Couldn’t have asked for a better team—would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great solicitor!

Manni, Naomi and team were very helpful with our house purchase. Would highly recommend as they made the process very straightforward and dealt with any issues that arose.

Selling a house can feel really stressful, but Esther and Alicia made the whole process incredibly smooth for us. They really took time to explain things, and I felt like they were working with us every step of the way. Communication was great, quick replies, and I never felt like anything I asked was a stupid question. Would definitely recommend.

We would highly recommend Burtons for their support during our process, they were there at the end of the phone to answer any concerns or question we had without us feeling we were bothering them. They remained professional whilst offering a personal service and helped in what way a difficult time for our family.
