Awful company. Withhold your mail, threaten to dispose of it but give you no way to collect it. Don't answer emails, and when you call it's always "we'll get someone to look into it" which never happens. Happy to take your money, but provide absolutely no service or customer support.

Very slow service, and response times are awful. Keep trying to contact via chatbot/phone/email and always get the response "all our agents are busy" and when i eventually do get a reply days later it's just them asking for information I've already provided. Company formation has not even been started and its been almost 2 weeks in.
