We have just sold our radio company with the able assistance of Business Partnership, It was anything but an easy process in our case but Cam and Raymond were with us from the beginning through trawling for suitable candidates to the final step.
They were always on hand to answer any questions and allay any concerns we had - and there were a few.
Their dedication to us, their clients and to the process was second to none. They certainly took the weight from our shoulders.

I was deeply disappointed with both the agent & the service who handled my business sale. Despite his confidence & arriving in a Porsche —he was completely unsupportive through out the process. He handed me a list of buyer questions, with out vetting them 1st and I ended up doing the work. The questions lacked professionalism, and alarm bells rang that the buyer wasn’t serious which I challanged him about. He kept saying that he did'nt think the buyer would ever pay the price I was asking for, but he never offered any real professional strategy or support thoughout the process & said he couldn't help me. Ultimately, I'd lost faith in him too, I eventually sold completely independently.
His lack of professionalism cost me my time, money, and peace of mind. I will not be recommending them to other business owners in my situation.

I entered in to an agreement with The Business Partnership to sell my long established business and at the time believed they would be working hard. Unfortunately this was far from the case and certainly didn't warrant the fee they took from me after I sold my business to a management buyout. I would advise business owners to be very wary.

I never leave reviews but have to publicly acknowledge the help from Business Partnership. They were utterly professional throughout.

We had been approached by a company claiming to be able to sell our business but they wanted tens of thousands of pounds up front plus a percentage of the final sale but with no guarantee.

A business friend recommend I contact Business Partnership and I could not believe the difference in approach. An honest valuation, no up front fee, round the clock advice, and we ended up getting more for our company than we had thought.

When we looked at selling our family business, I was convinced I had the experience and knowledge to handle the sales process. I was SO wrong.

Business Partnership took all that responsibility off my plate, allowing me to continue running the business while they dealt with the buyers, accountants, lawyers, valuation, due diligence, legals and 101 other matters.

The end result was that the sale of our business was infinitely more professional and less stressful than if I had handled it myself, plus BP added genuine value - securing a higher price for the business and implementing tax strategies to ensure we kept as much of the proceeds as possible.

The bottom line is they added far more value than their fee… in fact, the fee became incidental. A complete no-brainer.

I genuinely cannot recommend Business Partnership highly enough. The sale of a 35+ year family business is a daunting process, especially where the buyer is a bigger fish. Business Partnership removed that risk and negotiated with the buyers from a position of professional strength. I will always be indebted to them for that.

Business Partnership will tell you anything to get you to buy a franchise, including lying about earnings.

It is a very bad franchise with a broken business model. Most franchisees make very little money and some are loss making. Management are a disgrace and will not deal with franchisee concerns properly.

There are a lot of dissatisfied franchisees. In 2021, three franchisees exited the franchise agreement before the end of the term. This is a significant proportion of franchisees, there are currently around 15.

This review is about the management company and not individual franchisees/regional partners, who are honest professionals. It should not put anybody off using an individual franchisee. (The directors do operate as regional partners so be aware of them, they can not be trusted).
