Really great service from Grace and Ibukun at Currys in Horsted, Chatham.
Grace helped me find a laptop to suit what I needed for work, and pointed me to a great offer.
Ibukun, in the business centre, was so helpful too.
They were both really approachable and helpful, and made the whole experience surprisingly pleasant. I've since recommended a friend, who had been putting it off like I had been - and she went to Currys to get the same model of laptop.

Ella in customer service was so helpful when dealing with my order that had an incorrect item shipped. Even refunded me with no quibble. I will be using Curry's again.

I received an email from Curry's to state that they were unable to deliver the fridge freezer that I ordered however, I subsequently heard nothing else so I called customer services. Natalie was great in resolving the issue and the item was delivered within a few days. Great Customer Support, thank you

I was apprehensive about using curry's again after such previous bad experiences but went ahead and here we go again money taken email received they have no record of purchase .

Poor communication, they lost order on system had to pay again- 3weeks later I am still Awaiting a refund of £750.

It was lost in the system, not even sent out.

Delayed kitchen fitting by 2.5 weeks as they could not help due to system issues.
No care what so ever - even getting a refund is hard work.

Went into store to sort,was then passed from post to post, worst customer service I have ever come across.

Do not use them - you have been warned.

payed for an order on 10/07/26 with delivery 11/07/26
order never turned up customer service next to useless online chat saying different to advisor on the phone now 13/0726 and no sign of my order despite currys marking as despatched 10/07/26 wont even let me cancel the order ive got to receive it then reurn for refund but no one knows when ill receive it looks like ill have to make a chargeback on my card
won't let me cancel for a refund ive got to wait till its delivered but they cant tell me when that is then i can return for a refund customer service has been next to useless,one saying delayed by 2 working days which means tuesday at the earliest another on saturday evening saying delivery in 24 hours but still no tracking,no one even bothered to contact me ive had to chase them which is a nightmare their AI just goes round in circles and the phone option tells you to try tracking 12/07/26 still no contact off anyone other than on facebook chat saying a 2 day delay
13/7/26 DPD still dont have my parcel that was supposed to be delivered saturday still no contact off currys
reasons for none delivery ive been given
1.it was damaged on despatch and returned for replacement
2.DPD have lost my order(DPD insist they they never received it)
3.theres a 2 day working day delay on delivery
4. 11/07/26 delivery promised in 24 hours(it wasnt delivered)
5.new reason for none delivery 13/07/26 "NOT COLLECTED BY DPD"
6. 14/07/26"ITS OUT OF STOCK"then whats the reason for the other 5 excuses

Had difficulty ordering on line with the payment page. I rang the help line and spoke with a very nice man called Paul. He put my mind at rest and helped me order the washing machine I required. Thanks Paul for your patience and guidance. Much appreciated.

Personally they have been excellent. I've needed some advice in certain areas, and they have been 100 per cent helpful. Cannot fault them and I would certainly recommend. They will help you as much as they can and very professional. Brilliant

I needed to return items in which I was contacted by Natalie who provided exceptional service by replying to my emails promptly and making the process much easier to follow.

Connor was very helpful and the refund was sorted easily and quickly. The check ins afterwards were a nice extra step. Thank you for your help.

We have been trading as a business for a long time, we have various B2B suppliers, we don't expect everything to be perfect but we have never had to deal with a worse business when they had a fault at there end - it should also be noting they offered a £100 reward for a 5-star review.

Just received my hearing aids, today 9th July and put them straight in, my ears and immediately I have notticed a vast improvement, they beat my previous pair, which didn't fit my ears with what ever size dome I used, and they just wouldn't stop whistling at all eaither, will definitely be buying a second pair Very soon, Very good

I placed an order for a headset on Thursday 3rd July. After receiving no updates, I emailed customer service on Tuesday asking where my order was. Lacey replied to say that my order was being picked in the warehouse, DPD already had a dispatch number, and that it would be delivered on Wednesday. She also said she would contact me again once it was out for delivery.

Wednesday came and went. The headset never arrived, and I received no update whatsoever, despite being told I would. As promised updates never came, I emailed again on Wednesday requesting an update, but that email has been completely ignored.

To make matters worse, when I checked my account on Thursday, I discovered that my order had been cancelled without any explanation or communication. I have still not received any information about a refund.

The lack of communication throughout this process has been appalling. I was told my order was about to be delivered when, in reality, it was cancelled without anyone bothering to tell me. I’ve had to chase every update myself, and even then the information I was given turned out to be completely inaccurate.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The complete lack of communication, broken promises, and failure to respond to follow-up emails has been unacceptable. If this is how Currys Business treats its customers, I certainly won’t be ordering from them again.
