The worst customer service I've experienced from a company.

Having purchased a new computer monitor back in March, I had a couple of questions to ask, as it looked liked their product description was wrong on a couple of things that it said the monitor had.

It said that the monitor had built in speakers, and a blue light filter, which was two of the main reasons for ordering this monitor.

When I originally enquired about this via e-mail, I got a response saying "that they weren't technically trained" and to contact the manufacturer" and they also said that the specs also state that there are two speakers.

It turns out that there aren't any speakers.

This was back in March of this year, and I have e-mailed since, all the way through the June, and I've had zero replies from them, all I get is a generic message acknowledging my e-mail saying "Thank you for getting in touch with Currys Business. We’ve received your email and a member of our team will respond within 48 working hours."

48 hours; I've been waiting 3 months for a reply 🤣

2 simple questions, which could have been answered by Currys, if they could have been bothered to look into this.

Shame I could only leave 1 star, as for me this is a 0 stars one!

It was such am effort to change my address. Customer Services could do nothing but give me an email address to sort it out myself. No communication between them and the local store hence my delivery went initially to my old address,took a week to deliver.

Natalie helped me with getting into contact with the refunds team so I give her 5 stars, but overall 4 as it did take a while for curry's to reach out to me.

Wrote a poor review following appalling aftercare for a top of then line fridge freezer. Though Currys didn't do much before, following the review, I received an email. The email assured me that I would be contacted by the relevant branch within 48 hrr and also supplied contact numbers in the meanwhile. No one contacted me and I tried calling the numbers provided. They either didn't work or was told that my issue could only be resolved by the shop I purchased from. Not sure why I was given these numbers. Invariably the store never called or answered my calls. After a few days I went in and was told that the manager was dealing with my case, but he was off till yesterday. Needless to say he still never called. I guess they are consistent in the the level of customer service.

Great team very helpful

Lacey- a Business Support Specialist was extremely helpful and resolved very quickly our company query, when our order was stuck in the system due to system outage. Due to her action we were able to receive on time our order. Thank you very much, Lacey!

I had an issue with delayed tracking and then delayed invoices coming through (two items on my order were dispatched via different suppliers), Lorna at customer service was very patient and helpful in assisting with both issues, really good service overall.

Great efficient service

If I could, I wouldn’t even give Currys Business a single star.
I paid for a laptop on 8th June, and the store failed to provide it. Weeks later, I am still waiting for my refund.
The store staff have been dishonest and misleading throughout the entire process. They protect themselves instead of taking accountability, and every explanation contradicts the last.
Currys Business is not professional at all. I strongly suggest everyone be careful — their service is unreliable, their communication is poor, and their staff do not take responsibility for their mistakes.

I’ve been dealing with Annie May if thats her actual her name is as she lied before. over what should have been a really simple mistake on Currys’ side, but somehow it has turned into a full-time job.

All I want is what I paid for. Instead, I’ve been met with attitude, laughing, been hung up on multiple time, being sworn at, and then being given a different name when I asked who I was actually speaking to. At this point, I feel like I’m ringing a comedy sketch rather than customer service.

In a world where Amazon and much cheaper options are available you’d think the minimum standard is semi decent customer service

I recently purchased a Synology RT6600ax router from Currys Business and and noticed it was cheaper on the official Synology site a couple of days later. Dropped them an email to see if they'd honour their price match promise.
Lorna was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. There was a slight technical issue on their side that initially delayed things, but she kept me informed every step of the way and ensured my refund was processed quickly and smoothly once the system was back up.
She was professional and genuinely helpful – exactly the kind of service you hope for when dealing with a business supplier.

Thank you again, Lorna – I would definitely use Currys Business again.

First class assistance from Christopher Spencer when making my first purchase - a fridge/freezer. Christopher was exceptionally efficient, knowledgeable of the products, courteous and professional. Sam and Angel were also helpful.

The business team are reliable, quick and very professional in any dealings we have had with them.

Daren at Cambridge branch went above and beyond in trying circumstances .I T problems he eventually got things sorted for me

Delivery vehicle BF68 YAA extremely disrespectful, They couldn't find the address so became angry over the phone the passenger was swearing and shouting in the background at me because they drove straight past us twice and he was angry that he couldn't find us. When they arrived at our location and i walked away to get the pallet truck they drove off, i called their number back and they laughed down the phone and said ' well we've decided to cancel your order' I am now left without my order after waiting over a week for it to arrive. Absolutely disgusting

Ordered a monitor that was supposed to be delivered in 24 hours. Nothing but an order number came. Followed up twice and was informed that their system was having issues and someone will be in touch. Still no updates the following day.
Really disappointed on the lack of updates or empathy on the delay.

Specifically requested for an update by the end of the day and still not had any comms back.

I had a little issue with a product and James from
Senior Business Support Specialist helped me resolved it very quickly. James kept me inform through out the process and kept providing excellent services. I normally do not write reviews but due to exceptional service provided by James i am compelled to write this.
