The worst app

The worst customer service. My ad account disabled because I have forgot to connect my paypal account with a working credit card. when they try charge me of $70 the payment didn't go through. So I have added a credit card and they charged me of $70 and they have disabled my ad account. for no reason. when I tried to contact them via live chat. The way they talk to you rude and they don't help, the employee have told me that he have created a case for me and it's been over 6 days and they have not activated my ad account. and they have told me that my business is being reviewed by specializes team who has not seen my case for over 6 days

One of the worst customer services, I will not recommend anyone to use Facebook ad, it’s like buying a pain. Very disappointed

The absolute worst platform and user experience I have ever encountered. no support and all of their support documentation is outdated. extremely confusing and ugly to look at, in all aspects

Decided to run an ad for a new page to kick start it. At the end of the day, it showed that I had gained 30 new followers, but when I checked there were only 8, and of those none came from the targeted audience. But I did attract a spammer who told me my account would be taken down. This has not inspired me to try again. Sadly unimpressed, very expensive, does not live up to expectations and insufficent security on FB to block the spammers.

account deleted for a reason that is not clear to me!! I also couldn't create a page and couldn't contact you. bad service!! Can't continue dropshipping now because they deleted my account

We have a complaint to make for unsolicited poking in my Facebook.
They put people in my friends of which I never given permission for, so I have to remove them manually, a tedious job. Also when I write a story they remove it to my personal site, or just put one they think it's interesting for me, which is not. No, Facebook needs a lot of spanking or EU fines.

terrible website functionality, not user friendly enough. the account center is confusing and difficult to use as well. who do they have working on UX because its trash and its worse now than it was when it was a website for college students created by college students.

Nothing good to say at all, just a joke really.
My whole company has phased it out and using other platforms etc. We refuse to use it now and noticed no impact, if anything discontinuing use has benefited all of us and saved time and head aches!

No support on existing case - now without ads account for a week

Truly the worst experience they could design, it's like they put effort every day to make it worse.

Facebook has made communication easy for me .Before installing Facebook ,I had to face a lot of problem to communicate ,to know about event ,incident .After installing Facebook ,I overcome this problem .Though Facebook hampered to my study ,I try to keep away from this bad side .

Account features are disabled without anyway to contact facebook ad resolve the issue, it asks me to request a review of my ads, but it says no issues reported, therefore it is completely impossible to use.

With so many employees, whereas many is focusing on socalled "fake news" there are not enough people or Facebook AI that can describe exactly, why an ad is rejected. Only some #code and we have to guess what the issue is and spend loads of time on making ONE single ad.
In the meantime Facebook doesn’t earn money from the ad, which is rejected.
