AI scam from China. Now changed their name to Isabellavigne. Garment is absolute rubbish. Awful fit, thin synthetic material. No chance of getting a refund. NO STARS!

Only giving one star as unable to review with a zero rating.
Items purchased earlier this year. A dress, that when I tried it on my toddler granddaughter asked if it was Grandads dress! It was shapeless and huge!
The dungarees i ordered were completely see through - so not fit for purpose.
When I enquired about returning I was offered 15% off.
After numerous emails I returned the items to China on 29/4/26. Today is the 19/8/26 and I am still waiting for my refund. Surprisingly the company appear to have stopped responding to my emails!

We overtime have hosted many online forums, to date we beleive around 17 to 18 thousand UK purchases have all been caught out, these numbers are increasing by this company. Interistingly to best feedback we had was from buyers & merchandisers from some high end to medium ladies fashion outlets couldnt beleive
the standard of quality for the dungarees mentioned that polyester wafer thin material would not make the grade as garment lyning for there busines

If I could have left a review without a star I would. Complete scam - nasty fabric - not as described at all. They require you to ship back to China at your cost and may offer you a fraction of a refund if you do. BUT if you paid by credit card, you can raise a 'dispute chargeback' with your card provider. They will refund you and claim back from the vendor's bank. Make sure you keep all correspondence. My card provider was super helpful and I got all my money back without having to ship.

Website all shiny - almost too cute to be true. ‘Family business.’ They ought to be ashamed. Bet there’s a warehouse in China full of returns that they resell.
I put the substandard garment in a charity bin. Wouldn’t be seen dead in those cheap things.

This is a sham company - only bought from them as I have severe allergy to polyester and they marketed their clothing as cotton / linen. When items arrived they were cheap nasty polyester, badly made. I returned them to CHINA over 5 weeks ago as I wouldn’t accept a paltry 15% refund and the items are still supposedly sitting waiting for customs approval. Complete disgrace .

The dungarees were advertised to give the impression that this is a UK company. However when they arrived the material was polyester/spandex, zero cotton and the pattern was printed on. They were quite large too. I cannot fault the communication BUT, the return address was China, it was too expensive to return as you can only do it with track and trace. The refund offered was 20% if I kept them, It was financially not viable to return to China so reluctantly I accepted the refund. I felt the whole experience was sadly a disappointment.

DO NOT BUY! Totally dishonest set up, dungarees not at all as illustrated. Chinese company selling these, not UK based at all - a total SCAM 😞

No stars would be more appropriate. Dreadful returns policy, ensuring the customer loses out whatever they try to do. DO NOT BUY from this fraudulent company.

My experience is the same as everyone else. This is a scam to get money out of you. Although the goods are described as being made of cotton they are predominantly polyester. Cheap and badly made. When I enquired about a return they have to be returned to China where their warehouse is based. At first I was offered 10% as a refund and keep them. Then I was offered 15%. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Their marketing is second to none but everything is a lie.

Dungarees were nothing like advertised. Picture and description showed embroidered cotton dungas—what arrived was printed polyester, full of static and very badly made, shipped from China. Not a British company as led to believe. Total scam!

In agreement with all other reviews. Utterly diabolical garments, no labels, just like baggy thin tents and no indication beforehand that returns were to China. No means of contacting anyone to complain so we should get Watchdog involved. Can’t believe I was taken in by this utterly fraudulent company.

BEWARE !!! Don’t buy anything from this company. Total scam. Goods are absolute crap. Not based in the UK. Manufactured and shipped from CHINA. As others have said if you want a refund you won’t get one. You have to ship the goods back to China at your own cost, including all the customs duties and everything else involved. Material of the goods polyester not cotton. Very inferior quality. I guess I have wasted my money !! I would give ZERO stars if I could. Be warned !!!!!!!!!

If it were possible I would award no stars. This company is fraudulent, selling inferior substandard clothes that are not as advertised. They are not a family UK based business as advertised and It is not possible to get a refund and I would strongly urge that no one buys anything.

I got taken in!! What an absolute disappointment when my item arrived. Absolutely NOT anything like what the site portrayed. Can’t even use the dungarees as a duster …… too much static in the thin, limp material.

If there was an option for no stars I would have selected it. I purchased a pair of dungarees from their Facebook advert, what eventually arrived was rubbish, the fabric was so flimsy and certainly not as described, the shape was completely different to that advertised, a clown would have turned their nose up! I contacted Sarah Emily and asked to return them and was told I had to send them back to their supplier in China (postage was over £25) I told them I was not happy and was instead, offered 15% refund and later 20% and to keep the product (as if i wanted to). So, I contacted my bank who investigated my purchase with Sarah Emily, they put in place a reverse transaction and my money was just confirmed as refunded in full. I give this information just in case anyone else wants to use this route.
