Still waiting and no one follows up or communicates back!!!
I paid for it online and registered the information on 11 Feb 2015. I've only recieved an email stating that it may take 2-3 days until o receive paper work. Also that I can go on to the Asic page to view the progress however I've neen on that page and it doesn't appear registered or even processed! I have not received any documents other than an email. Emailed them on 11 March and still no response or any commutation other than to rate them on this page. If you can't do it just communicate that to me and give me back my money!!!! And if there was an option for a zero rating than I would have put it at zero!

Exceptional service at ease
It was great being able to register my business name by this way as it made it so much more easier and less stressful for me being something that is so foreign to me.
I would recommend anybody to follow this path at registering their business name as it takes all of the worry out of whether you have done it correctly. Somethings need to be done this way even though it may cost a little extra. All worth it in the long run.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!!
One of my staff accidentally used your services to register a business name that I had asked her to do for 3 years at the standard $78 cost.
Once I identified the error I contacted your business and I am STILL WAITING to get my refund.
Very very unhappy.

Don't bother
I am still waiting on confirmation of my business name to be registered. I've had to chase them all the way to get an outcome. I've also had to contact them to correct an error in the business name to be registered. They don't follow up issues in a timely manner. Communication is awful. Service is awful. Save yourself the headache.
