Great value for money
There are still some minor issues I've come across with the software but for the price it is great for my little business. User friendly and with the features I need day to day. I recommend it to others all the time.

Their software and apps are very comprehensive and easy to use, from downloading bank transaction and uploading bank transactions to the bookkeeping modules, to Payroll including STP, to BAS reporting.
Also, technical staff are always on hand to solve issues which I had encountered a few. 5 stars for customer service.

You can find Journals in Easy Reports > For Advisors. It's the top entry. We're about to make some changes, actually, so the default view for reports will make things a bit more obvious for advisors.

We have been using Easy Business since 2018 and have consistently had a very positive experience. On the rare occasions that an issue has arisen, Adam or Paul resolved it promptly and efficiently. They are always supportive, approachable, and willing to assist. Overall, the level of customer service has been outstanding, and we truly appreciate their professionalism and reliability.

this is the best app by far.customer service is fantastic. You get a reply instantly when you have a problem. I would Recommend this app to anyone .We are a small business and it has made my life so easy.
