Great company, even dealt with my complaint towards an energy supplier for me! Used for 6 years with out any problems 👍🏻👍🏻

Gavin sorted my electric supplier contract for me again as he did my last one. My new supplier is messing me around, not Gavin's fault I hasten to add, I contacted him and he has been in touch with the supplier on my behalf and is hopefully going to get the issue resolved. Top guy

We contacted the team at Business Utility group after the food bank I run had been trapped in a massively inflated contract with a Brooker.
After a long period of getting the supplier to agree to let us leave that is when we contacted B.U.G.
After a bad experience with a Brooker it was a great relief once we had found a local trustworthy team and within a couple of hours the team had taken away all the hassle if dealing with the old supplier and and are immediately on with the new supplier.
I feel like we have gained a team member and a great resource with B.U.G as they don't just sign u up they stand by you as the service suggest and will help with any upcoming problems should they arrive.
Saved us money and taken away a massive burden.

I get so many cold calls from companies and I do not like dealing with them but from the start there was something about Lio that made me feel at ease and trust him. Not pushy and very very helpful. Highly recommend this company

Talked energy and water today with lio, will be coming very back soon to you guys. They Seem very savvy with making things a bit easier when it comes to looking after the bills.
Usually do this myself but these guys seem more than fair for what they are willing to do.

Lio has been a great help to my Partners business. He has been very knowledgeable and professional with the service he is providing but most of all, he have been approachable and friendly. I cannot grade him high enough. He has been very useful with our utility services.

I wouldn't ever use anyone else now. Absolutely excellent service and really feel looked after. The level of service given is so personal, and Gavin really puts his all into helping. Spoke to Steve Hall about him using the wrong meter number that caused my company a number of problems, when I said he was at fault his words were " I cant be ARSED with this this " then he hung up.

Steve Hall has now accused me of lying , Steve if you record your telephone calls please play it back, YOU DID SAY YOU COULD NOT BE ARSED WITH THIS, our conversation was on speaker and two others can confirm his.

Yes you did try to get me a deal but all I wanted was my
account put back to normal.
