Sadly our experience is not good
Booked for 24th July, realised my pickup was 5am when the itinerary was sent, so I called and this was changed, they also noted that the pickup was 12am instead of pm so that was changed, at a cost but that's fine it was my fault.
24th July driver arrived on time, he informed us that he had come to our property at 5am, so busroute had not cancelled him.
We were dropped off at Melbourne hall, when we got out of the minibus we asked if he would pick us up where he dropped us but driver had no idea. Now, I should have checked my email right then and called busroute but I had had a drink, was excited to get to the venue so we made our way inside. We left the venue earlier than planned so waited outside until 12 midnight, no text to say where to meet the minibus, we heard nothing. I checked my email again, there was no phone number to call, so we waited. At 12.30 we realised noone was coming so had to get two Ubers home at an extra cost to our party of 8..

Absolute shambles ...so sad as this spoilt a really great night

We used Busroute for transporting our guests from the local train station to our wedding. In general they were pretty good and would use again. Communications before hand were good with very prompt replies to emails and even had a contact number for any issues on the day. Bus did turn up a little later than planned time due to roadworks which wasn't a problem as we'd left lots of buffer but there was some feeling this should maybe have been checked in advance (although as above being able to communicate with driver to work out what was going on helped all round). Other than that though did a good job.

Great service! I hired BusRoute to provide a shuttle bus service for guests at my wedding in Gordon, Scotland. The bus was perfect and arrived promptly both for drop-off and pick-ups. The customer service and the communication with the company was fantastic. And it was very affordable. Two thumbs up!

Driver arrived promptly. He was very polite and ensured we were happy throughout the journey.
Arrived at our destination safely and on time.
Minibus had air conditioning and plenty space for all our luggage and passengers.

For them to say they are reliable is a joke had the unfortunate pleasure of having this firm leave us stranded and no proper response for over a week and only a partial refund so lost even more money with only getting half the service avoid at all costs

My group of mostly females were stranded in bristol at 11.30pm and I didn’t receive a response from the company until 24 hours later. The lack of communication was appalling, they didn’t pick up any phone lines, and it took weeks to get a partial refund (we were not refunded for the journey there- which i would have expected after being left in a city with no way to get to our accommodation over an hour away in the countryside). Won’t book again

Booked for a hen do for 20 girls. Seamless experience! Drivers were great, very prompt and swift communication throughout. Very reasonable quote too compared with other providers. Would recommend!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Easy booking system and cost was the best we could find. Driver was brilliant with all our group and we will definitely be using this company again

Great at following up with news and update for the journey, and good at accommodating the bus-rentals for our needs. :-)

Fantastic trip. I was a little concerned that the bus might not turn up but can’t compliment the service enough on time lots of communication and driver was really nice. The busses themselves were clean and actually of a lot higher quality than I was expecting will definitely use again.

We hired two buses for our event last Saturday. The drivers were prompt and accommodated all our needs. I just want to say a huge thank you to the team which were absolutely lovely, we definitely will be using this service again in future.

The booking process with Busroute was easy, and follow up communication excellent.
Despite a 6a.m. start the bus was there at 5.40, ready to load and ensure a prompt getaway. Our driver was very friendly, helpful and courteous and helped with unloading at the airport. The return to Swansea from the airport was equally easy and comfortable with an ontime pick-up and arrival back in Swansea. I highly recommend BusRoute and0 their partners.

The coaches and drivers were excellent and on time. 5* for them. The only hiccup was that the booking got cancelled two days before which, given the coach was taking 91 people to an event for 150, was pretty stressful. This was resolved though and everything went ahead as planned.

Worst experience ever. Pulled over on the hard shoulder and got us all out of the bus to leave us there. Was arguing and threatening to fight. 2 people was not in the bus by 7.30 (they arrived in the bus at 7.32) and on the dot he was saying he was adding a £40 charge for it. Unsafe driving, he was arguing with other drivers, getting very close and overtaking, watching videos and on FaceTime majority of the drive, spent all the time watching his screen than the road. The driver was DEAN and our order reference is TR10774.
