Brilliant service for our dental practice

Quote was provided promptly and was competitive, communication was easy and polite and the driver was friendly and helpful and the mini bus was clean and in excellent condition. Would recommend and will use again.

I asked for a quote and received a quote for the wrong journey. I was then spammed with messages, emails, whatsapps and phone calls. These calls and messages would often be around 1am. After asking for the company stop I then received other peoples quotes. Do not recommend reaching out to them.

The staff (Amy) I talked to about arranging my trip were very accomodating cause I had to change the drop off/pickup points a few times. They also were eager to price match other quotes I got which made the price quite worth it (arnd £1.3k for 45+ people). The drivers were also kind and stayed in contact with me about their location for pickup/dropoff. Great experience, would definitely use this service again.

The drivers we had were very polite. They picked us up and dropped us off in great time they made sure everyone was okay and asked us if we needed anything. Couldn’t recommend Busroute enough !

Had a great journey from swansea to Exeter. On very short notice, Amy managed to deliver an excellent experience for everyone. The bus was modern, driver was friendly, he let us play our own music and use the television installed in the bus, couldn’t have asked for a better driver. And overall we had a great day out.

The coaches were modern and provided things like charging points. We hired 2 for a corporate day and both turned up on time with friendly drivers. Our coach did still have rubbish in (empty wkd bottles and sticky table trays) in the back seats only. The drivers were easy to get hold of during the day and polite. They got us to the destinations on time and drove well. We would use the companies again.

We had a very nice trip from Bristol to Hereford and back. Lukas was on time and drove us safely. I know one of my fellow travellers lost their phone in the bus, and it was smoothly returned.

You are safe when choosing BusRoute.

Made a reservation a year in advance for wedding transport. This was confirmed, twice. 3 weeks out and they have cancelled leaving us in a very difficult position. Sorry only goes so far. A refund was provided, but no compensation for their mistake (given it's now short notice, prices have increased). The company stated they had "checked all available options" but this appears to be empty words (based on the fact we have found alternatives). Doesn't seem like a transparent and trustworthy company from this experience, therefore would not recommend.

Had a fantastic experience using Bus route. Straightforward booking and competitive price. Also great communication from the team & driver. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Amazing customer service team, driver was absolutely terrible.

After asking the driver Aamad, ‘are you definitely picking us up at 1:30’, he responded ‘between 1:30-2:00’. He then messages at 1:27 saying we have 5 minutes or he will move on to the next booking, meaning that he’ll give us an 2 extra minutes, or he’ll drive off and leave 10 of us in Nottingham at 1:30am. After walking to the bus, and arguing that he’s left us 2 extra minutes (how generous), he’s very mardy and very angry with us? He has not said a word to us throughout the journey, has not let us play our music (not a big deal, but still), and has not cared about us at all. It seems we’re numbers and not passengers.

The booking process with Amy was great, but the journey and stress with it, is not worth it at all - I’d avoid booking through here and find another company who hires drivers that are actually willing to give you longer than 3 minutes to get to the bus.

Very good service and affordable

Would definitely recommend, bus was spotlessly clean. Drivers Noel and Ronnie were very friendly, were on time, and went that extra mile for us. Overall, a fab experience.
