I have to say i was very impressed with the company and the driver on the day. My family all got to the wedding with due time and everyone was very complementary of the driver and company

I had a great experience with BusRoute Ltd. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout. A special mention to the driver. He was very nice and accommodating, making the whole journey comfortable and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Great service from start to finish.
We recently used Bus route for 10 of us on a return journey Bristol to Southhampton.
Driver was prompt on arrival and pick up and was a brilliant driver, wouldn’t hesitate to use again

If I could give zero stars I would, where do I start? My partner phoned up for a quote and he thot things didnt seem right he started getting messages and calls at 1 o’clock through WhatsApp from Lucas, I read the trip advisor reviews and thot let’s do it so I paid £180 for a mini bus for 9 of us to go to a wedding the other side of the town. The day before the wedding they called and said the minibus had been in an accident and they would send Suitable cars, cars arrived they were Ubers , that had been booked 10 mins prior to us getting picked up! That’s not even the start! After the wedding we were waiting to be picked up. No cars arrived. Kept phoning and messaging and had no answer! We were stranded at other side of town with kids! We finally managed to get home by buses and taxis to have a phone call the next day from private hire saying there were outside the wedding for us to be picked up. So the booked us to be picked up the next again day at lunch time instead of 12 at night! It’s is now been nearly 2 weeks and they said they would give me a refund of £90 and £50 voucher to use for transport BUT i would only get my refund if my brother took his review down of tripadvisor, so not just robbed me but black mailing me also. So my brother took it down and iv just recieved £90 back now! And I will now tell my story! No one book with this company in Edinburgh! I an also going to seek advice after them trying to black mail me also! Worst company!!

Very easy to book and pay for. Our driver Jorge was friendly and helpful, the festival we went to had no phone service so was a bit worried about getting picked up after, but he was exactly where he said he would be at the right time. Would definitely recommend busroute and I will be using it again in future.

The booking process was extremely easy and all the representatives I spoke to were incredibly kind. Bella, Conor and Solomon were all super helpful! The coach drivers were also very kind and friendly on both trips! We had an amazing time all around and definitely will be booking again!

Driver was great, accommodating as allowed us to play music, friendly guy and nice to talk to, but he was running late to pick us up on the first journey which wasn't ideal but he was on time to pick us up on the second journey. So would recommend!

Genuine review - I booked a bus for an airport run for 22 people. They were the best on price. My understanding was that Bus Route have their own fleet but sometimes use third parties. After I paid full balance the communication dropped off which I thought was quite normal. I sent an email to the company a week before our trip to confirm all was in order and I was advised we would be told who our bus was booked with within 24 hours of travel and they did not know who this was at that time. Alarm bells started ringing so I came on to trust pilot - clicked terrible reviews and my alarm bells turned to full panic. As we got to 24 hour point before pick up I had heard nothing - I chased this up on phone email and text and was told all was ok I would hear by the end of the day. I explicitly told them that I needed to know ASAP if there was any issues as we live very rural and cannot just get on a train to the airport - they seemed very relaxed and just kept assuring it me it would be fine. If you have read the bad reviews you can imagine at that point I was in full blown panic mode. I then spent the day before my holiday planning for back up ideas to get 22 people to the airport - not knowing if a bus would turn up the next morning. Then at 8pm a text came through from a local bus company confirming they were picking me up on behalf of Bus Route. The bus turned up on time, very friendly driver who arranged for stops on the way. Return journey was just as smooth and was in constant communication because of a delayed flight! So they get 5 stars - I got exactly what I booked and paid for! My only recommendation to Bus Route would to be more time conscious with the confirmation of the bus company that will be picking customers up for reassurance etc. The relaxed approach to sharing this information by Bus Route gave me unnecessary anxiety and stress in the 24 hours before my holiday. But as I have said I got what I paid for when it mattered.

I recently used bus route for my wedding which required transporting 100 people from the church to the venue. The coach was prompt and the customer service team put my mind at rest. Thank you Bus Route and to Sam.

They turned up when promised, could not have been more helpful with our luggage and with the children. Made the holiday start as soon as we got into the minibus, everything went perfectly.

My experience was very good from start to finish.
Efficient in replying to my initial enquiry, beat other quotes and drivers turned up on time and very nice.
