This was a super trip. We heard from them a couple of days beforehand and they arrived just before the time we'd arranged, which was perfect. We were going one way, with several stops, and with the coach drive dropping off our luggage for us at the end. The driver was friendly and relaxed and made us all feel in good hands.

Went to Blackpool Zoo with this company, arrived on time, driver was very helpful loading the buggys on.

Good communication from the company ,clarifying pick up times and confirming where we were going, and also gave us details and name of the driver we would be having.
Got us all there and back safely. Would use them again.!!

Our experience from start to finish was fantastic. We went to Belfast for my friends hen. From the moment I contacted Amy at bus route things just ran so smoothly. Driver was also amazing so professional but friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend. Amy had been so accommodating and quick to reply when I’ve needed questions answered

Easy to organise and the driver was great! Arrived in time going and coming back and was really understanding of eg toilet breaks with kids on board.

Amy Isaac helped me in booking a minibus for a large group at short notice. The bus arrived on time and was clean.

We booked a minibus for our weekend away seeing Oasis in Manchester. The bus route team went above and beyond to beat every price we showed them, the drivers were funny, friendly and put up with the setlist on repeat the whole way there. The fact he still had a smile on his face after listening to us butcher oasis’ greatest hits for two hours was nothing short of a miracle. Greg was so helpful and made everything so much easier and less stressful. We wouldn’t use anyone else now, they set the tone for the whole weekend and we all loved it!

The service and our driver were absolutely brilliant! We booked this journey for a Coldplay concert in London and had to reschedule last minute due to a change in the concert date. This was sorted with ease for us and the journey on the day ran smoothly despite the journey back having issues with the M1 being closed. Our driver Mohammed was so kind and patient throughout the whole day and really made our experience great!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this bus company across multiple trips.

On my second trip, while I was waiting at the airport for my luggage (which was delayed by the airline), the driver demanded an extra £100. He threatened to drop me off in the middle of the road if I refused to pay, even though the delay was completely Out of my control.

Easy communication, the bus was on time and we were able to track it before it came. Nice, safe journey.

No issues at either end with booking. Bus was a bit older with no AC but didn’t make much difference as wasn’t a hot day

They've been very honest, quick to answer our questions, and their staff and drivers have been very humane and professional. It's been a great success to have them with our groups this year, and we'll continue working with them. Thank you all so much.

I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable service my family and I experienced with a booking number TR65556 during a trip we booked for 15 passengers. Across three separate journeys, the service was consistently unsafe, unprofessional, and dishonest.

On one occasion, the bus engine overheated and broke down mid-journey, leaving all passengers, including children, stranded for over an hour on the roadside until a replacement bus finally arrived. On another, while I was delayed at the airport waiting for my luggage (through no fault of my own), the driver demanded an additional £100 and even threatened to abandon me on the roadside if I refused to pay.

For the final journey, despite booking a bus suitable for 15 passengers with capacity for 13 pieces of luggage, a smaller bus with only 12 seats was provided. This forced some passengers to sit on the floor while luggage was stacked dangerously overhead, creating a serious safety hazard.

When these issues were raised with the manager, Laurence, his response was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in accountability. Although we were already deeply dissatisfied after the earlier incidents, we had paid the full amount in advance and were told refunds were not possible. This left us with no choice but to continue with the remaining trips under unacceptable conditions, enduring repeated poor service and unnecessary distress.

Without a doubt, this was and will remain my worst service experience.

They almost stopped and dropped us in the middle of the road — reckless, unsafe, and proof of how careless this company is with its customers’ lives.

Starting with Lurance, easily the worst and most arrogant customer-facing person I have ever dealt with. Zero respect, zero professionalism.

The cars themselves were a disaster — dirty, uncomfortable, and nowhere near safe for passengers.

And the driver, Herman, was the definition of incompetence: unskilled, careless, and completely lacking any sense of customer service.

At the end of the day, I would never, under any circumstance, recommend this pathetic excuse of a service to anyone.

The driver Sam was patient and friendly also accommodating. We all enjoyed the ride.

Absolute scam.
I have booked 2 minibuses for a race day. Main communication I have has is via WhatsApp.. sending links for upfront payment so I have requested for more specific details of the vehicles they will be sending and where the will come from, they will not provide anything other than dodgey emails with incorrect spelling and wrong balances. Unfortunately I have foolishly paid a deposit, and have asked them direct for a refund but no one has got back to me, this is after being bombarded with messages asking for a final payment. Someone apparently from the company ‘Lucas’ rang me yesterday to try and talk me into going ahead with paying the final payment as they are trustworthy, but will
still not give me any more information of the booking.
I have reported this to my bank as fraud and will be reporting to the police via the action fraud website.
