Mr. Charlie Baxter is a rare combination of knowledgeable, respectful and situationally aware. Mr. Baxter's ability to engage with potential buyers simultaneously from several perspectives makes for an environment conducive to doing business in a constructive manner. Purchasing a home is a major life event. It is good to know that your employees understand the significant role they play in this process. I look forward to purchasing my home through you in the not too distant future. DW

I am a first time investor and new to Liverpool. Charlie explained about the area in zoom calls & video calls why it's the best area. It's really gave me confidence about investment  and explained about prices in detail too. He gave me all the details genuinely.

Charlie was remarkable and trustworthy. We were impressed with his exceptional market knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the current real estate market.
Charlie was incredibly communicative. He promptly answered calls, WhatsApp and emails, providing us with a detailed analysis of market trends. His dedication to our satisfaction was evident in how he went out of his way to accommodate our viewing schedules and provided valuable advice on property values.
We are highly appreciated of Charlie's promptness, knowledge of the market, kindness, good energy and will not hesitate to recommend him to my friends.

Charlie Baxter has acted quickly in supplying the relevant information.

For me I valued their service it was above par excellence!

I am fortunate to have found James Dempsey at Buy Association Group early in my property investment journey. James has supported me 100% and I am very grateful for all the guidance and advice he has offered me. James put a huge amount of time and effort into ensuring I have a strong overview of the property market and I fully understand how to appraise a property deal. This knowledge has been invaluable. Having dealt with and spoken to many other property specialists over the last 6 months, I can easily say that James is the best in his field. James operates with integrity and puts maximum effort into ensuring his clients' investment goals are met. I highly recommend James and Buy Association Group to any investor seeking a credible property specialist partner.

I’ve just embarked on my property investment journey and James Dempsey has been very helpful and supportive. He has offered excellent advice with regards to suggesting a portfolio to suit my personal requirements with absolutely no pressure to go ahead. He is clearly very knowledgeable and sends lots of info and videos to support his recommendations which has really helped.  I’ve yet to take the plunge but I feel confident that James would continue to give full support throughout the buying process.

Honest, sound advice over the phone, guided me towards my next investment even though it was not something they offered themselves.

Charlie Baxter provided a very professional and detailed appraisal of the investment opportunity at hand that was much appreciated.

Charlie has been a great help. This is my first experience working with Buy Association and have nothing but great reports to date. The process has been smooth and everything was concluded relatively quickly.
I now sit excited waiting for the project to complete and work further with the team into the future.

Charlie has good knowledge of areas, property development and rental market.

I received prompt replies to queries, even at weekends, supported me to make a deposit on a property and when I wanted to relinquish it, Charlie was very responsive in getting my deposit back to me.

James Flatt was great. Kept intouch and communicated well. The other teams weren't so well informed but no complaints. Very pleased with the service.

Rebecca has been extremely helpful with supporting me on my first buy to let investment.
Before exchange, all information was shared honestly and I really appreciated the excel sheet for ease of comparison between different properties available.
The exchange process has been smooth and all of my queries were addressed efficiently.
After the exchange, Rebecca's updates have been regular and responsive.
