Smooth process, excellent professional communication, local to Pittsburgh. Highly recommend vs national companies. Micah and Jonathan made the process easy. Closing was a breeze from out of state with a mobile notary. With all the real estate scams out there today it was great working with such a legit honest local business. But Box is a first class company. The are follow though with ever things they say they will do. They are on time for appointments and return every phone call. I have zero complaint and can no think of the thing they should change about the Buy Box operation. If your looking to flip a house this is the company to deal with. Even after the house closing the company worked quickly to renovate the house and where friendly with the surrounding homes and people, they had positive comments about Buy Box

Selling a Loved one’s house after they pass especially if the house was maintained properly and has a lot of maintenance issues is never easy. Buybox help us during every step of the Process. They offered us a fair deal, were available anytime with just a text or call away. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and helpful. The team at Buybox was wonderful to work with. They were responsive to questions and worked through any issues that arose. They connected me with an attorney and coordinated the closing. I had a few offers that were higher but the money was not enough to sway me. I’m happy I chose to sell to them and would recommend them to everyone.

Dan and Johnathan and their team are awesome! 10 stars if I could. They helped me sell my childhood home. They did not rush me and were so helpful throughout the whole process. They understand the attachment to homes and it’s not always easy to let go. But they are a wonderful group of people. No schemes, no bait & switch. Honest, compassionate, and communicate really well. I was in a situation where I had to find a place, pack my belongings up and move out. I felt like my back was up against the wall and I didn't know what to do or where to turn. I'm incredibly happy with Buy Box! What stood out most was how Jake, Micha, and Jonathan made me feel completely comfortable and at ease during the entire home selling experience. Their professionalism and support from start to finish were outstanding, and I truly appreciated their fair pricing. It was also a really nice touch that they welcomed me to call later to see pictures of the renovation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Buy Box to anyone considering selling their home.

This has been an extremely wonderful experience working with Jonathan and Leah. They are very professional, knowledgeable, patient, courteous and kind. (that's very important to me)
I had a lot of questions and no matter how many I asked Jonathan answered them to my complete understanding and he made me feel like he was happy to do it. Leah gave me the same experience with my questions.
