I was satisfied with Buybox in my recent sale of an investment home. They did everything that they promised which included a quick sale and did all the busy work to get us to the closing table. There were no problems in the process and all went smoothly. I would work with them again.

The agent that was working with us was straightforward and very knowledgeable. Also, he was very thorough and answered questions very quickly.

As a lot of you know who have property’s, company’s call and are ready to jump and buy it and you never hear back from them. Those companies promise you the moon and nothing. Dan contacted me and I thought, here we go again. But Dan was on top of it all. We discussed what I wanted and even gave me more than I wanted. He was very fair and honest. He even instructed me on how to remove the tenants the appropriate way. Once they were out the process went very quick. I would give Buy Box 10 out of five stars!!!! Thanks again Dan

We had a home we needed to sell quickly and despite the condition buy-box literally came to our rescue on this one. They are the example of making the impossible possible in every sense. If you need a home sold and you think you don’t have a way make buy box your go to!! Between Dan, Luke, and everyone in between they knew what to do and were in it with my husband and I every step of the way good, bad and the ugly of it. Thank you guys we wouldn’t have been able to do it without ya and you really blessed us immensely. Can’t thank you all enough for what you did. Keep being a blessing for those who need it!!

Gave me a quote on my house which I thought was a great price and kept it. Everything went very smoothly. It was a great experience. Have told other people about them. I highly recommend them.

I was the executor of an estate that included a house in really rough shape. While multiple investors made offers, BuyBox was by far the best. We closed remotely in six weeks and things could not have gone smoother. Many thanks to Dan H. and Luke for an excellent experience!

All appointments made were on time. Zach was very professional and understanding how difficult to sell a family home. Closing was set for 4 weeks and was done on time. Calls or texts to Dan were always answered promptly.

Buybox was so easy to work with. I saw their ad on Facebook and sent an email. Dan responded shortly after and asked if he could call me. I agreed then we talked by phone. After answering some questions he said he would follow up with me in a day or two and he did. We liked his response and had another Dan come to the house. After he did a walk through Dan gave us an offer. We were very pleased with the offer. We did ask for a few days to make a decision and Dan said that was fine. There was absolutely no pressure! Although we decided to not sell at this time, Dan was a complete gentleman and asked if he could follow up in a few months and we were fine with that. My husband and I will recommend them to everyone. What a wonderful alternative to going through the hassle of finding a realtor.

It was my pleasure dealing with BuyBox! All of the staff was excellent - Dan especially went above and beyond what was necessary for all transactions to be made. And he even took me to lunch.
