My first order for glass online & didn't know what to expect, I always had a local supplier. The site isn't too bad, but not the best. I also wish they did normal glass that wasn't toughened but I realise they normally supply fitters that would always want toughened. I ordered low iron 12mm, low iron 10mm & 10mm toughened. All came in perfect condition & the free polishing was spot on & flawless. Lead time of 5 to 8 working days was adhered to. No complaints from me.
In response to the reply below, I wasn't trying to suggest I received the wrong glass. As far as I know, I ordered 4 pieces of low iron glass that wasn't supposed to be toughened but the 2 normal 10mm pieces were ordered from the toughened glass page of the website. That made me assume you didn't do non toughened glass. Maybe I just missed an option. Glass is great as far as I'm concerned.

Just to confirm that 2 of the panels you ordered are float 'non toughened' panels ordered through the website and this is what we have supplied. I hope this is all ok but just wanted to make sure you are aware we do offer non toughened glass and you have been delivered glass as such.

Great supplier
Ordering process was simple. Cost was competitive and included edge polishing and corner dubbing (some suppliers charge extra for these).
After placing order, communication from BuyGlass was very good, with progress updates throughout the process.
Delivery was spot on time, with a very helpful and polite driver.
Glass quality and dimensions were perfect.
I'd order again from this supplier, without hesitation, if I need any more glass.

I had a wonderful experience with buyglass. I originally got my measurements wrong and messaged support very last minute asking if they would be able to change the order, the support I got from Ryan was professional, understanding and undeniably exceeded what I have received from similar companies in the same field.
Despite the issue being my fault, buyglass were accomodating. The turnaround from order to delivery was quicker than I've experienced before, and their courier of choice for my location was perfect, the only courier I know of that can be trusted to deliver fragile items. The product itself is exactly as described and of the high quality claimed.
I'm a bit unsure about the legitimacy of the negative reviews honestly, I imagine it's mostly people angry and exaggerating reality a tad. Some people will never be happy, and I'd suggest they go back to b&q if they want to deal only with robots.

Completely unprofessional company. Hard to communicate with from the off . We received our glass within a quick timescale so all seemed good untill it came to measuring these . 2/4 were incorrect , Ryan Manly company director was made aware of these issues and Only accepted we was due a partial refund even thought all dimension were completely wrong compared with plans. His attitude soon became arrogant , and we received random messages at 11.30pm presumable after consuming alcohol . As other reviews have said , buy glass , just not from these cowboys.

Alex. 'Hard to communicate from the off' ? First contact was your email enquiry on 10th December 12.20pm. replied to with a price at 12.24pm. Order agreed and invoice issued the same day, delivery agreed for pre xmas as requested. I am unsure how much easier the communication could have been from us? The following morning we noticed one of your drawings didn't work out, it was drawn and revised to an agreed new detail. Deliver date was communicated to you as the 18th December on the 16th. We delivered on the 18th as planned. Unfortunately a panel had been incorrectly labelled in the factory meaning you received a panel of incorrect size. I offered to replace this free of charge but as the glass industry closes for 2 weeks over xmas the delivery would be in the new year. You insisted on a refund instead. You then explained another panel was wrong. Had your measurements and drawing been correct this panel would have been correct, however in the rush to get the order sorted pre xmas we didn't spot that one of the angles wasn't possible using your other dimensions. I have offered to refund both panels still as you don't want to provide a workable drawing or wait for the free of charge remakes. Then after delivering all day yesterday to get orders sorted pre xmas when I finally got home I was hit with a barrage of messages from you, personal insults, derogatory and sarcastic comments about the business and how to run it correctly along with threats of taking us to court. Followed by a 2am trust pilot review ? I can only assume it was yourself who had been consuming alcohol and now have a sore head today. The refund for the 2 panels has been issued this morning and I trust that this concludes the matter. Many Thanks Ryan Manley.

Useless,been waiting over a month now…
Useless,been waiting over a month now for a small piece of glass,1st after 3 weeks they emailed me saying the glass broke during packing then they said after another week that the glass was scratched but was already packed ready to be shipped.
Really not happy with this company,I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this company is taking the micky.

Hello, Leigh I apologise massively for the problems we've had on this order. We have a strict QC procedure to ensure you receive the products you order in quality condition. Unfortunately the nature of glass is uncompromising as a small scratch will render the glass unusable and therefore it will need re-manufacturing. I understand your frustration but in bespoke glass and glazing problems can occur.
I will cancel the order and refund for you. Apologies.

Avoid. Poor product quality & service. Even poorer attitude towards a customer.
I ordered a table top glass 8mm toughenned glass. it was 1065mm to 865mm. instead, they sent me a wrong size item (1065mm to 650mm). It took them a week to send it. I waited for them to send me a wrong size item for 1 week.
I contacted them, sent them the picture showing the wrong size. and I asked them to amend the order with Low Iron toughened glass instead and offered to pay the difference. They first agreed to do it. (6mm instead of 8mm, and then after 4 days, when I asked them to update me about delivery, they told me it is not possible, and they can only replace the existing order.
Overall, if your expectation is to wait until they get it right. then go for it. If not, stay away.

Thank you for your review. I will just correct this for you. Its a bespoke item you have ordered, there is a lead time of 8-10 working days, you haven't ordered a stock item. Unfortunately there was an error in production and it was cut to the wrong size. The item is being remade free of charge to the correct size and is being delivered to you this week. You enquired about changing the specification to low iron as you didn't like the clear glass and demanded a refund if this couldn't be done. I explained we couldn't offer 8mm low iron but asked if you could take 6mm low iron. You said that you could but when I checked the remake was already in production so it was too late to make any amendments to the specification of a bespoke order you have placed. Unfortunately as I have explained we cant refund a bespoke order, the order will be delivered exactly as ordered this week, although you have stated you will reject the delivery. I have offered to produce a new panel in low iron at a discounted price to help you but you have chosen not to take up this offer and rather argue with me all day and post reviews. Sorry you feel this way but its just unfortunate that what you have ordered is not correct, this is not our fault. The original was made incorrectly and we are correcting this at our cost for you so you are supplied the panel of glass as per your order.
