Great customer service. Paid less than half of what a local audiologist was going to charge

See update below: After trying over the counter hearing aids, I contacted Buyhearingaid.com. I purchased the Signia Silk charge & go 7IX, due to the great pricing, insurance included, form factor and free lifetime audiologist online appointments. The company was responsive and always answered my calls quickly during prepurchase. However, once I received my hearing aids and called for the audiologist appt, which admitantely was a very quickly scheduled same day appt, the audiologist informed me that because I do NOT have a Microsoft computer (I have Apple computers), then they could not provide me any audiologist support. Consequently, I had to find an audiologist who works with Signia, which was in another city. I had to pay an additional $1000.00 for them to setup my hearing aids, with one year of support. When I met with them and they offered to credit my $1000.00 appt to any products they sell to include Signia. So currently, I am deciding if I will be returning these hearing aids to Buyhearingaid.com and purchasing from the company that is in another city, away from me. UPDATED REVIEW- one day after submitting my low review, the owner of BuyHearingAid.com called me. We discussed my issue, he was very honest with me, and he understood. We came to an acceptable resolution. I updated my review to 4 stars. Leaving one star off for lack of informing me I needed a Microsoft computer to take advantage of their free lifetime audiologist appts. I like the Signia silks with the professional audiologist face to face setup. Will mostlikely keep them. Honest and dedicated company owner.

First, the price was excellent, especially considering I purchased the most expensive pair of Phonaks.The delivery arrived within an hour of the expected time.Mike, the salesman who helped me place the order, was exceptionally helpful.The lady who assisted with the final adjustments was extremely courteous and patient with all my questions.I will definitely return to this company and highly recommend it to others.Thank you!

Others price was $8840 for Phonak infinio sphere.
I made a phone order and paid $3000. I asked for an invoice and got one immediately.
They said it would take about a week to get me hearing aids.
They delivered the HA 2 days EARLY - wow!
The audiologist programmed my HA and upon receipt I didn’t need any changes.
I WAS VERY IMPRESSED !

I was in the market for new hearing aids and had decided on the Phonak i90. I asked my chatbot where I could get the best value and was pointed to the buyhearingaid.com website. I went to the website, called the 800 number and talked with David Brown. He walked me through the process and gave me a great price. I must say that having the conversation with David and the reviews on Trust pilot made me feel very comfortable in making the purchase online. I sent my hearing test to David on Thursday and my hearing aids arrived on the following Monday. I have already recommended “buyhearingaid” to a couple of friends at the gym and for anyone reading this, I am very pleased with the Phoneak I90s and also “buyhearingaid.com!
