I was looking to buy a hearing aid for my dad and want to highlight the excellent service provided by David and the entire BuyHearing team.

From the beginning, David was extremely helpful — I never had any trouble reaching him or getting a call back for follow-ups. I needed the product within a short timeframe, and although it wasn’t in stock, David and his team went above and beyond. They ordered it from the company, configured it, and shipped it via expedited delivery. Throughout the process, David kept me updated on the status, which I really appreciated.

As a first-time buyer, I was initially skeptical about how the configuration and fitting would work with an online purchase. Thankfully, everything worked out well. For those in a similar situation: they configure the hearing aid based on your audiogram before shipping it to you.

After the purchase, I was able to get an audiologist appointment on the date I requested. (By the way, my dad is overseas.) The audiologist conducted the session online and was able to make adjustments remotely. She was knowledgeable, and very helpful.

Great reviews, needed to make sure it's not a SCAM, price was so good to be true. But I am glad I did it, the audiologist who tested my hearing capacity was charging over the price I can afford. I received my hearing aid in less than a week and one day sooner as promised. And it works great per the audiogram that I submitted to them.

I have tried hearing aids at COSTCO, and been disappointed with the quality of the models available. My UHC Med Adv only allowed certain models at a hearing center with a pretty high copay. Mike Smith was great, he helped me with a competitive price, on TOP of the line models, but more important to me, he followed through on exactly what he promised. I received each of the items I ordered. One of my concerns was necessary adjustments after receiving the hearing aids. I had my first service appointment this week and was pleased with the woman who helped me. I know I will likely need at least a couple more to get everything adjusted, but feel confident they will help me as Mike promised. If not I will update this review in a follow up. Fast delivery but waiting to receive the hearing aid from my brother

I was nervous about ordering hearing aids online. The prices seemed too good to be true because they were less than half of what my normal provider was asking. The sales people were knowledgeable and polite. When I needed some hearing aid adjustments, I had an appointment the very next morning. The audiologist took her time to explain and answer each of my questions.

I have been in the customer service business for over 40 years and consider my self a consummate professional and a connoisseur in that field.
I have been amazed by customer service, product knowledge and attention to detail demonstrated by Parvesh and Mike, the two gentlemen with whom I had the pleasure to deal with.
In the end I'm now the owner of two very high end, a Signia Silk 7ix Charge and Go CROS/BICROS and a Signia Pure Charge and Go 7ix rechargeable hearing aids.
The best thing about the whole experience is , that I have Zero doubts in mind that in case there is a problem in future with the devices, these two gentlemen will do whatever is needed to get that issue resolved.
