Hi Jman,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all concerns seriously and would be happy to look into your case directly.

First, please note that at the time your order was placed, we did not offer VPN services on our website. We have only recently added Residential VPN products, which means your purchase could not have been a VPN or any related service. Our proxy services also have no connection to the website or provider you mentioned, and we do not resell VPNs from them or any other platform.

We have already located your order in our system, and you purchased a Premium ISP Proxy plan from Virgin Media ISP. You can independently verify this using IPQualityScore - your assigned IP shows Virgin Media as the provider and has a fraud score of 0, meaning it is a clean and trusted IP. Results from other third-party tools can often be inaccurate or inconsistent, which is why it’s important to rely on the actual IP performance rather than on external databases that frequently display outdated or incorrect information.

For TikTok specifically, many of our customers successfully use Premium ISP and Static Residential IPs, we also tested your exact IP - it is working perfectly on TikTok with no issues at all. This is the most important aspect: the real behavior and connection quality on the platform you are using, not what a third-party checker claims.

Did you have the chance to actually test the IP on TikTok before assuming there was a problem? We are confident that the IP functions correctly, and we’re here to help you ensure everything works as expected on your end.

We provide live chat support daily from 8 AM to 8 PM GMT with instant responses from real operators, as well as 24/7 support via tickets or email, so you can always reach us directly for assistance.

To resolve this quickly, please contact us through live chat on our website. Our team will investigate your case immediately and ensure that you receive exactly what you paid for.

Thank you!

We’re sorry to see your review, but we must clarify that your claims are false and misleading.

You initially contacted our support team requesting “1 clean static residential IP from USA – dedicated, non-shared, and not flagged.” We recommended our Static Residential plan, which exactly matches your request. You later confirmed you needed over 100 such IPs and proceeded to place an order.

After purchase, you asked to use the IP via VPN (OpenVPN or WireGuard). We clearly informed you that our service provides proxies, not VPNs, and that we never advertised VPN functionality. We also offered guidance on how to route your device traffic using tools like Proxifier, which are commonly used with proxy connections.

Despite receiving exactly what you ordered and getting support throughout the process, you demanded a refund after realizing proxies do not work like VPNs. We kindly informed you that we have a strict no-refund policy, which you agreed to upon signing up. This policy exists because our system is automated and each order is instantly paid to our providers, who do not issue refunds to us. Therefore, once an order is fulfilled, we cannot reverse the transaction.

Let us be clear:
✅ You received the exact product you ordered
✅ Nowhere on our website do we claim to offer VPN services
✅ We provided full support before and after your order
✅ There was no scam or deception involved

We always strive for transparency and fairness, and we encourage users to read service descriptions carefully before purchasing. Misunderstandings can happen, but calling us scammers after receiving exactly what was requested is both unfair and untrue.

Hello Shaheer,
Can i know your username? I cannot find any account on our website with your name registered. I need to check your plan to see what proxies you have and if you can tell me what accounts were banned with our proxies? What use do you have for the proxies?
Best Regards, Johnatan
