Amazing time at Buzz Bingo Leeds
Was great fun at Buzz Bingo in Leeds as a first-time bingo goer.
The staff were so welcoming, with Hannah doing an amazing job at talking us through the games and helping with everything!
The atmosphere was great, and I won a round of Bingo on the night as well! Would definitely recommend and will be going again as soon as I can!

First Timer Loved It
Had such an amazing experience at Buzz Bingo Leeds last night!
A lot of our group had never been to a bingo club before, so we were honestly a bit nervous beforehand about knowing what to do and whether we’d feel out of place — but the staff could not have been more welcoming from the second we arrived.
Shan greeted us from the car park and immediately made us feel comfortable, helped us get signed up, and explained everything clearly without making us feel silly for asking questions. Hannah then looked after us for the evening and was absolutely brilliant — such good energy, really attentive, friendly, and made the whole night even more fun.
The whole venue was so well organised too. Everything ran seamlessly, the atmosphere was great, and the food was ready exactly at the interval which impressed all of us!
We all had such a fun night and loads of us are already planning another visit. Massive credit to the whole Buzz Bingo Leeds team for creating such a welcoming atmosphere for first-timers.

If I could rate 0 I would..I play other places and decided to try buzz bingo..was casually playing then hit with a ban and stripped away of any promotions with no way of receiving them back apparently I played too much..how it that possible I was casually playing 1 afternoon not all day everyday its not like i deposited what I couldn't afford and rolling big on the slots was just casual play for entertainment nothing more infact it was that casual I didn't even make a withdrawal..I play other places much more than I ever did here and never once had an issue ..just an outright shitbags trick ..they unban but expect you to play there with no access to promotions? Absolute joke avoid at all costs ..customer service is also disgusting ..just low i.q people who you have to constantly explain yourself to so they understand

Great venue and friendly staff
I attended the evening main event bingo session and had a fantastic time. The venue was spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. As it was my first visit to the bingo hall, Hannah took the time to explain all the different games being played that evening which made the experience really enjoyable and easy to follow.
The bar also had some great discounts on drinks that evening and they had a good selection of lagers and spirits to choose from. Overall, a really fun night out with excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be returning!

I have been playing bingo with you for many years now however whilst playing the other night on the website NOT at my local venue i was extremely annoyed!!! i was down to 1 number and my tickets disappeared? i put this in the chat only to be told to re join this happened a few times the commentators didn't srrm to care or show any interest at all.

Lacks everything, real poor quality and a lot of re heated, it’s priced high and delivered poor.
Very often there’s endless items out of stock to add, overall disappointing!

I take my mam to the Washington buzz…
I take my mam to the Washington buzz bingo once a week. Every week it’s the same, people talking when main session is on. No-one asks them to be quiet. Staff chat to customers when other people are playing, it’s shocking and unprofessional. It means it’s best to buy the electronic so you don’t miss a number but mam prefers the old fashioned paper way to play. We have now decided to try somewhere else as we are sick of the total disregard to members and lack of respect from staff.

Absolute scam stay away from
Headline: Avoid Buzz Casino! The welcome offer is a complete trap with 92% RTP slots!
Review:
"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Buzz Casino. Their welcome bonus is an absolute joke and designed to make you lose. They advertise a '200 free spins' offer, but in reality, after you deposit and wager £10 on Big Bass Splash or Bonanza, they just hand you a £20 bonus balance.
This bonus comes with a 10x wagering requirement, which means you have to roll over £200. But that’s not even the worst part. You are forced to play this bonus ONLY on three specific slots (Big Bass Splash, Bonanza, and another garbage game). To make it impossible to clear, they software-lock your maximum bet to just £0.10 per spin! Because of this restriction, you can't even activate the 'Extra Bet' feature on Bonanza to get an easier bonus trigger.
To top it all off, their slot configurations are a tragedy. The RTP (Return to Player) on their games is heavily downgraded to a miserable 92% on Big Bass and other popular titles, which is way below the industry standard. This casino is a complete waste of time and money. Stay away from this platform, it's a total rip-off!"
