Staff are lovely
Staff are lovely . Manager Kevin is a credit to the company and Jim the caller , well I dont think there is anyone better.
The whole atmosphere is so enjoyable and made some lovely friends along the way.

I won a full house on Monday night the…
I won a full house on Monday night the 1st of June I called with a shout and pressed my claim button but the caller carried on with next number and someone else called and claimed the prize money of a £100 .l approached the caller he said he did not hear me but all the other people around me heard me shout . I went to the office to which I was told that they could not pay out...because the sound recorder did not pick up my shout. At the end of the night the people who sat next to me said I you get your money.

I am sorry to hear of your experience with your claim. Whenever there is a dispute regarding claims we follow a standardised process in the club to maintain fairness for all affected or querying customers nationally which involves reviewing the audio recording from the Bingo Hall.
Unfortunately it is the customers responsibility to stop the game when playing Bingo which should be acknowledged from the Bingo Caller if a claim has been made successfully.
I'm sorry for any disappointment caused.

We joined recently and found the staff very helpful and they showed us how to use the board and took us around the facilities. The meals are very good for the price .we have since been back several times and will be returning again soon. Excellent facilities .

Great games
Great games. It food allergies need better explanation as to if the rolls for burgers etc have dairy in and provide alternative milk butter etc as this limits those with allergies to what they can eat.

Brilliant Staff
The staff at Colchester Buzz are lovely. Friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. For many years we were loyal Basildon bingo-ers, but Colchester's become our favourite club. Always clean, spacious and great atmosphere

Had a great night here
Had a great night here. Went in a large group with a lot of first time players and everything was explained really well. Food and drinks good value, and Hannah really looked after us. A good evening all round and we’ll definitely be back!
