Placed Order on July 8th, which was never dispatched or delivered. Despite explicitly requesting a cancellation and refund well ahead of my deadline, customer support acknowledged the cancellation but has failed to return my money. It is completely unacceptable to hold onto funds for unfulfilled orders and ignore reimbursement requests. I will be forced to report this business to Trading Standards and initiate a credit card chargeback due to appalling customer service. Avoid this company.

I ordered a Medik8 product and paid extra for Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery, so would have expected delivery within a few working days. After 11 days with no delivery I sent a few emails to try and find out when I’d actually receive it, or give me a refund, none of my emails were answered so I contacted my bank to deal with it and get my money back. I would strongly advise not to order from this company!
Update: They now have the audacity to challenge my claim with my bank that I made for the money I paid them. How can they challenge it, they did not send the item, it’s still showing as “processing”. This company is a complete scam! DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I received an email to say my product had been sent, despite the fact it had not. It took 3 weeks to arrive, with no communication from the seller. I also had to pay postage (again) to the Royal Mail as the seller did not pay the postage on the item. On the plus side, I do have the item, but I wouldn't use the website again.

Total scum!

How to report on there website?

I wish I read a review before ordering a medik 8 purifying mask all messages ignored and no product send absolutely disgusting your meant to be a good therapist but the instead you scam people how awful.

Ordered an electronic face cleansing brush from them, and instead recieved a face CLOTH - all my emails to their contact email have been completely ignored and I honestly feel a bit scammed.

It also took ages for item to arrive.
