My dining patio set with fire pit
My patio set arrived within the allotted time. I am so pleased that I paid for the assembly. It took the 2 lovely men an hr to set it up.
Very pleased with the quality and just the right size for my patio.
Would highly recommend.

We had paid for the assembly service but…
We had paid for the assembly service but on arrival the guys refused to do this & wanted to leave. I had to phone the office & spoke to Kelly who was most helpful & confirmed the assembly was paid for but had been omitted on their delivery instructions. Thankfully the guys were still there &assembled it before leaving. If they’d have left, we’d have been unable to do it ourselves! I had given 5 stars to our two previous Byways deliveries

Hi Carol, this was communication breakdown with the crew. They didn't quite understand, but after the call with Kelly they were aware of what had to be done. If they had of left we would have come back to do this, as Kelly did say to you it was a White Glove service. We would have met the expectations as we always try to do with all of our customers. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for leaving this review.

Excellent service
Excellent service. They were a little early that the tineslot but they called me in advance, they left with a neighbour but then when realised we were coming down our road deliberately waited and then came back to move from the neighbour into my house.
Very friendly.
Rare to see this service from delivery drivers these days. Thank you.

We have not opened the packages yet as…
We have not opened the packages yet as the delivery arrived in 6 boxes and will require building. Delivery arrived on time and communication was timely and correct. There is damage to one on the boxes. Not sure if the damage occurred at source or during transit. I have taken pictures and will inspect the contents on opening.

Prompt delivery
Prompt delivery, but they could improve customer service skills. They unloaded my goods into the garage, didn't check if I was happy with where they left them. Took off without confirming with me that they had finished the job. Poor communication.
