I purchased the Kelsey robe and it was the best decision I have ever made. I felt like a literal princess on my wedding day and everyone kept complimenting the robe. I purchased the Viviane bridal robe from Inna Elsie as part of my wedding wardrobe for my château wedding in France, and it was truly one of the best decisions I made. It was absolutely worth the investment!✨😍
The robe is even more beautiful in person. The quality and craftsmanship are exceptional, and I felt so elegant wearing it while getting ready on my wedding morning. It looked incredibly chic and timeless in my photos and videos and made those special getting-ready moments feel even more beautiful.
I also had a wonderful experience with their customer service. They were very helpful and responsive when I reached out about shipping, and my robe arrived on time and well packaged.

I ordered the beautiful ASHLEY robe in 2022 for my wedding to get ready in and it was absolutely gorgeous. It was even displayed at my bridal shower on a mannequin and looked phenomenal. The details on the robe were to die for and the customer service was top tier. I would definitely recommend this company and I’m looking forward to ordering a dress for my vow renewal.
Inna Elsie is a great designer with beautiful hand made products. She is very responsive and accommodating. Her thoughtful and delicate designs with wonderful craftsmanship helped bring my dream wedding vision to life.
This company is a complete scam! Stay away. I ordered a robe and waited 2 months to receive it. They “supposedly” shipped a stained sample and then tried to scam me and offer another item. I told them no & disputed the charge. It took them 3 months to return my money and have harassed me every month for their crappy robe. They were unresponsive until l contacted my bank for a refund. I showed my financial institution the emails & pictures and granted the well deserved credit. I wanted a robe to lounge around the house & this isn’t it. Now they can wait the same amount of time for me to return it. These people are psychotic. They are liars and thieves! .

Samantha, we need to clarify several important facts regarding this review.
You placed an order with INNA ELSIE, and the robe was shipped and delivered to you. After receiving it, you contacted us because you were unhappy with the item. We responded promptly and offered multiple solutions, including returning the robe for a refund or allowing us to replace it with another robe of even greater value.
Instead of returning the merchandise so that we could process the matter directly, you initiated a chargeback while the robe remained in your possession.
Despite our repeated requests for the merchandise to be returned, the robe was kept for approximately six months. When it was finally returned to us, it was no longer in the condition in which it had been shipped. It arrived with visible marks, including pencil markings on the back, and an unpleasant odor.
We take customer concerns seriously and are always willing to work toward a reasonable solution. However, we cannot accept a characterization that leaves out the fact that we offered both a return/refund solution and a replacement, while the merchandise remained in the customer's possession for months.
We have retained the order records, communications, chargeback documentation, and photographs documenting the condition of the returned merchandise.
INNA ELSIE Samantha, there is no need to keep editing your previous review every time we respond. We have screenshots of your original review, and each time your story changes. The robe was returned to us in horrible condition, including a visible pencil/mark on the back. Even so, we responded to you promptly, offered you solutions, and you received your money back. At this point, you simply need to move on. You received your resolution, and continuing to come back, change your review, and leave more negativity is completely unnecessary. We have thousands of happy clients from all over the world, and we stand behind our work and the way we treat our brides. Not every customer will love every purchase, and that is completely normal IN ANY BUSINESS. But once a solution has been provided, there is no reason to continue bringing this negative energy back to our business. Please move forward and leave this situation in the past.

You received the robe you ordered, made according to the design shown and agreed upon. We also have documentation of the order, payment, and the item provided.
We understand that not every customer may be satisfied, but posting inaccurate information and claiming that our photos are “fake” is not a truthful representation of this transaction. We stand behind our work and can provide documentation supporting the facts of this order.
