Absolute scammers, 7 wks and still haven't received my item. I'm now blocked from their site, and the security on my phone, pops up a warning.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
Never received my order and yet I got are message that my package had been delivered. SCAMMERS.The tracking number is invalid and the company is in China.
They do not deserve are single star.

This company is fraudulent. They advertise as an Australian company take your money and operate in china. I'm so angry that these type of people get away with stealing as there's no way of contacting them. DO NOT BUYFROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS
I've never received my shoes

Don’t go near this company. I don’t even believe it exists. Ordered three pair of shoes they never arrived and they never responded to multiple emails. I used after pay to purchase and they say tuff luck.

This company is false and misleading.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I place an order on the 22 July it's now the 4th of September and they keep saying my order has been sent but the tracking number isn't valid. I bought through afterpay and they are no help either. I will keep pestering them until I get a refund. This so called company are scammers and they need to be stopped!

this company is pathetic they advertise that they are orthopaedic shoes and they are absolutely cheap Chinese crap from over seas
if I wanted bali shoes for cheap would had brought them when I fly there
I do not recommend this company at all asked for a refund 138.00 for 2 pairs of crap that probably cost 5 dollars to make in China and I was told I could choose a free item and pay for shipping for it like what the # going to consumer affairs and anyone else about this so good people don't get robbed

Their boots are absulute trash, very cheap materials. They are not orthodic as advertised. I ordered a size larger than I need but could not get into them. They refused a refund. Please don't buy anything from them you'll be dissappointed.

Ordered shoes on 15/06/2024 but have not received them. Two emails sent and another today. One reply received weeks ago stating it was being investigated. No further contact from the store. Not happy with customer service.

I purchased 3 pairs of sandals in November 2023. After several follow-up requests (up until May 2024), I’ve still NOT received my sandals… It has been close to 8 months since I paid $95, but no sandals delivered. Update: it’s Nearly November 2025 and I’ve moved address recently, nearly 2 years later, I paid for goods that I never receiced. So disappointed!

0 stars! Do NOT BUY from this seller! They are based in CHINA and their products are cheap nasty rubbish. They are very small and uncomfortable. You cannot EVER get a refund because they put a clause in their refund policy that says they won't exchange or refund "Sale items". Yet the scam is EVERY single item is ALWAYS listed as "on sale. They will not exchange either but when you complain they will offer a free pair IF you are willing to she'll out a whole lot more money for postage. They charged over $120 for 2 pairs of shoes but on their own packing marked them as only worth $5 each. Paypal did nothing when I tried to get a refund because as far as they were concerned, item was received so case closed. This company is a fraud and a scam, likely reproducing very cheap knockoffs of a legitimate company. The materials are thin and crappy, cheap synthetic, glue marks everywhere, stitches coming undone all over. Very poorly cut and assembled and nothing whatsoever resembles words they describe like premium and quality and the word orthopaedic is a complete joke. Do not let this company scam your money!

Excellent company. My boots arrived in perfect condition. I love them, they are very nice and very comfortable.

SCAM no support. my feet are killing me. the top of the shoe is glued to the inside of the shoe were you put your feet and it scratches and irritates the bottom of your feet. the so called arch support stretched your arch out and extends it further.

when I messaged them to complain their solution was the send me another pair of shoes if I paid for the shipping. why would I want two pairs of crappy shoes! I would like my money back, Kmart sell way better shoes this this place!

This company is scam. Spent $50 on what I thought were arch support sandals. They took 4 weeks to arrive. Mislead by them I thought it was Australian company. Shoes came from China and haven’t lasted long at all!! Soles on both shoes are broken on the bottom of the shoes!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I would put minus 5 stars if I could. They do not sell what they advertise. They lie, deceive and obviously don't care. They need to be shut down and held accountable.
I will be taking this further, because dishonest people need to be bought down! Disgusting behaviour. I honestly don't know how they live with themselves!
A lot of people struggle and need money, but they do it honestly.
If they read this... YOU WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR CHOOSING TO PURPOSELY DECEIVE PEOPLE. (Whether you believe it or not).

They give you a fake tracking number and keep on saying they are addressing the issue of non delivery. 3 months now and no delivery yet. raised a request with my bank to dispute my payment to them and that also will take 4 weeks to get my money back.

Bought what was advertised as orthopaedic sandals...
These are not orthopaedic at all..the inside sole has no contour at all and zero arch support. Cheap plastic crap

The sandals I ordered took 3 weeks to arrive, which I wouldn't have minded, but they are very poor quality and were supposed to fit narrow and wide feet. My feet are a bit on the wider side and they don't fit. They are very light and flimsy made with cheap materials. I found them stuffed into my mailbox (not even a shoebox). I paid "half price" for $49. I would expect to pay $10 for this quality off of Temu or Wish.

Do not purchase from this business!! Prior to purchasing mum 2 pairs of sandals I emailed them asking if I can exchange them as on sale if size is not right. They replied back saying yes we can exchange that. We'll not the case. Been emailing and I get computer generated messages saying I will look into this and get back to you. Well your the one always chasing them. They then email back saying we are sorry to hear that the product did not work for you. We are unique. We have different preferences. Some react more effectively with the materials while some don't. We are hoping for your kind understanding. What's all that got to do with just a simple exchange of size. Excuses and lies taking peoples money. Would not rate you a 1 but have no choice. Would have never ordered from a business who claims to have 10,000 satisfied customers. Yeah right. Totally disappointed and disgusted!!!
