Great pick up
Great pick up. Took elevator and came to my door. The only complaint i have is that there is no one to talk to in their app for help. Their chatbot doesnt work and doesnt forward to a human staff member.

Over a Year of Great Service
I have used this service for well over a year, and I’m consistently very happy with it. My clothes are treated well when they’re laundered; the delivery is pretty seamless. The customer service is also very quick and personal. I appreciate how much time ByNext saves me, and while I maintain the New York dream of one day having an in-unit washer/dryer, ByNext makes my life manageable when I’m working 55-60 hours and can’t get to the laundromat during the week (and really don’t want to wrestle for a dryer on the weekends). I’ll continue using them, and I have recommended them to others as well. For the convenience, I think the price is fair and honestly I’ve been very happy.

I used to rely on this dry cleaner for a significant amount of business because the service was consistently excellent. Claudia, in particular, always provided outstanding customer care and made the experience seamless.
Unfortunately, the service has declined considerably. The staff who answer the phone are often unfriendly and unhelpful, promotions are advertised but not honored, and the customer experience feels frustrating rather than service-oriented. Most recently, I entered a promotion into the system, only to be told after my order was picked up that it would not be applied. Being informed of this after the pickup feels misleading and dishonest.
What was once a dependable, customer-focused business no longer operates at the standard that earned my loyalty. As a result, I will be reconsidering my options moving forward.

I wish I can give a negative star
I wish I can give a negative star. They completely ruin my new coat , it cost over 2000, it has stains that need to remove , nobody call me or tell me that the stain cannot be remove unless it will destroy the fabric, they did it, completely destroy my coat and try to deny their responsibility .
