I would have liked to be able to combine gift cards with hotel rewards cash. Or alternatively combine more lower value denominations of hotel.com ($250). I have $2,000 combined value of hotel.com gift cards but each card is valued at $250. And since I can only merge up to five cards, this allowed on $1,250 available to redeem.

this cottage is in need of some repairs. mold in the bathrooms attempted to paint over it, the water was pure sulfer smell and even trying to run for a while could not get rid of it. with some TLC this would def be a great place but its showing its age

While navigating the site
While navigating the site, it consistently resets to the booking on the next night. We added the same night several times, yet it still moved to the following night when we went in to choose the room. We ended up with over $100 non refundable room fee because of this.

It is so easy too book
It is so easy too book, but to get assistance on the virtual app is a nightmare. I had to track down the phone number to talk to a person. Once I did that everything was fixed. The ladies I spoke to were so helpful.

I disliked the lack of hotel options…
I disliked the lack of hotel options offered. The city has multiple hotels but only had 2 to choose from and way more expensive than normal. What I paid for 1 night I can usually pay for 2 nights.

It was a good hotel
It was a good hotel, had all the needs. Good breakfast, clean room except for bathroom. Mouldy shower glass base. Service was good. Hallways clean and smalls good. Close to highway, food etc. great sleep on their bed.

So fabulously easy to book a hotel while traveling. The currency is in my preferred as well as the language. Details about the hotel selection were easy to filter on and find exactly what I need. Love it! You are my favourite app when traveling!!
