excellent, speedy, wonderful service

Excellent quality seeds and live plants !! Got my shipment within 2 days of ordering ! I see many others complain about germination rates but as is nature youre not ever 100% guaranteed a 100/100 germination rate but sofar this is the best quality i have found !! My cactusses came in perfectly unharmed and healthy and my seed i orderd 250 seeds of 2 kinds of trichocereus cactis and they sent 4 extras of each!! May not be big extra but to me its them tiny little things that matter most !!

As usual my seeds arrived very fast and within a week of germination , all 6 different species (mesembs, bunny ear succulent , lophophora , living stones and trichocerus ) sprouted and now on their second week and seem to be doing very well. Grateful for Cactus Kingdom.

15 lithops and all caput-medusae seeds germinated, but only two Tephrocactus geometricus seeds germinated, which sucks. Everything was going well until, what i can only assume is damp off, killed almost everything. I'm changing my review from 5 starts to 3 because communication from seller was bad. I asked for help and it took them days to respond, when they did it was five words and then I never heard back from them. I'll buy seeds elsewhere now.

Edit: In response to your reply, I used specialized cactus mix, a humidity dome, a heating mat, grow lights, watered from the bottom, and when the seedlings spouted I removed them from the dome for air circulation. I did not say the fault was with the seeds ever, but that I suspected damp off from the soil and was sad because I babied these sprouts and even woke up in the middle of the night to check on them and all eventually ended up dying of the same thing except 13 lithops that are still alive.

I initially sent you an email asking for advice when I first noticed a problem and roughly three days later received an email that said, "pls send photos." I then replied with two emails separately with a photo of an infected tephrocactus seedling and a thorough explanation of my growing methods. I never received a response back. I didn't want a refund, nor did I ask for product replacement, just advice. Upon looking for other seeds I found another seller who sold the same seeds for much much less. I'll see how things go this time.

Order and Purchase was simple. Shipping was fairly prompt and on their stated schedule. Seeds arrived well packaged and safe in the US. Put them in “Takeaway Tek” had germination and sprouts in 5 days, expecting a good germination rate with the early sprouts.

Fast delivery only reason its 4 not 5 as I ordered two pieces but hot 1 and then 2 really little ones instead of the second

I would have given five stars but one of the varieties 10 packs of seeds had zero germination. Service and overall product availability is definitely five stars. I bet seeds from their nursery would be very high germination rate.. maybe six stars

Shipped fast. I think I got pretty good germination for a guy that didn't follow the provided instructions.
