I ordered a George Strait song canvas which looked like it was done with neutrals on the website but when I received it a couple of weeks later it was actually feminine pink and burgundy colors. I reached out and requested a return or exchange and Linda responded that there would be neither. I feel duped.

My husband had a picture of an old sewing machine with the name of the business show up on his computer. He found it so nice and thought it would make a nice replacement for my existing sign. He showed me and we placed the order. We were very pleased with it. High quality and looks great. We were very exited once we saw how nice it was. Just beware there may be a small exchange rate charge by your bank as this came from Canada. This has nothing to do with the company but the banks. The Cadadesigns did a great job, and I would order from them again in the future.

I really love my sign. Customer service has been great. I had an error in the saying and they replaced it right away. I will order from them again!!!

I placed my order 24 days ago now, I emailed to check the status and Linda replied saying it would be shipped out soon.. and I should receive an email in a few days saying my order has been shipped. Haven’t yet to receive any email. Or anything else. Still says “order confirmed” on the website. Wondering if this company is legit or a scam? Can anyone offer insite

23 days since I ordered and PAID IN FULL..Christmas decorating tomorrow and the door cover is not here. Not acceptable.

Two weeks after I ordered I received an email stating that the product couldn't be shipped and 7 to 10 days I would receive my refund. When that didn't occur I sent an email and they replied saying they were having trouble with the payment gateway and I would receive it soon it's been 67 days now and no response. So buyers beware no one should order from this company

The rug that I purchased from Cadadesigns is a beautiful round rug with a pond design. There are fish in the pond of all colors.
The rug is fabulous and I cannot believe the price! Their customer service is excellent.

Wonderful design & product! This company has a great variety of products. I was nervous about ordering since it’s a newer company but product & shipping exceeded my expectations.

I placed an order and it is taking them forever to even ship it out to me. I decided to cancel my order because they don't honor the shipping dates they agreed to, they don't even have a telephone number to reach them. I am attempting to get a refund as I type. I will never order from them again.

Actually, zero stars. I ordered 2 canvases with song lyrics printed on them. I was never given any preview, nor was I notified when my order shipped. The lyrics were so poorly laid out, with sentences running into each other and no punctuation. Linda replied to my email that they would not offer any refund or exchange, and that I could have customized the layout myself (even though there was no option for this). Horrible customer service, horrible company that does lazy, unprofessional work.

I reconnected with my love from the 60's. I wanted a gift that reflected our love and our history. She loves Neil Young's "Harvest Moon" and that's how I found Cadadesign. I wanted to customize it in a memorable fashion and Linda patiently emailed with me throughout the process and assured me that they could do exactly what I wanted. I was nervous when I opened the box because I wanted this to be the perfect gift. I was in tears at how awesome it was and how the Cadadesign team did exactly as I envisioned. There are others out there that may do this, but I can tell you first hand, Cadadesign and Linda are the absolute best!!!!!!!!!!!

All I wanted was a simple exchange and I was denied. Linda in customer service was of no help at all and spoke down to me. Then I opened my product to realize that the quality is very poor. I would not hang this poster on any wall other then maybe my tree fort when I was a kid. They took my money and wasted my time. Throwing the cheap poster in the trash.

The "Africa is ..." blanket is beautiful. I cannot decide whether to frame it for the wall or alternate draping it across my bed. Thank you so much for the blanket.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I went on here and read all the reviews so I was confident in ordering from them boy was I wrong!! I ordered what I thought was a rug!! It’s a piece of cloth... a kids play mat!!! $78.00 and to male it works it’s not even printed properly! The picture is cut off! Now they say I can’t return for a refund! Because not a valid reason!! It says on their website for printing issues. No where did it say it was coming from China either, website says California! Even if I like it the thing is not even lying flat! Lots of $$$ for a piece of crooked printed cloth! Wish I could put pics up!

I will not deal with this company again. After about 6 weeks, I received my item. The fabric is thin, you can see thru it. It does not fit on the door properly and the elastics show and there is no way to go around doorknob, so it just looks sloppy. I sent an email & the response was. It is not damaged, so no returns. So this company does not at all care about “Customer Satisfaction”
