Brilliant company and products
Brilliant company and products. Website gets updated regularly with production status, so was very excited when the barista robot was back in stock, and that it was then pretty much sold out by end of day ... This speaks volumes, the quality of the product is superb and I wish I had bought one ages ago!
Shipped very quickly, kept up to date, well packed, well thought out packaging, all in all - excellent!

Cafelat is simply next level - simplicity with results
Service - Received faster than expected shipped UK to US, well packaged, efficient shopping experience.
Product - The outcome exceeded my expectations. Decades of espresso-making experience, multiple machines and this is currently my go-to. The workflow is straight-forward, it is not as finicky as some of the machines and actually quite forgiving - but the results escape words outside of "mmmmm, ah, mmmm". Also the process feels a lot more like getting to the essence of espresso extraction and more connected. I had set some expectations as the device is not inexpensive - those expectations were pleasantly exceeded.

Amazing product, build quality, support and coffee output!
Amazing product build quality, packaging and support documentation/ leaflet. With a new, separately purchased, espresso hand grinder, I've been able to make fantastic espresso using this machine over a couple of days trail and error. Making a coffee is so much fun now.

I had purchased the standard Cafelat…
I had purchased the standard Cafelat Robot with the intention of upgrading at a later date with the BooKoo pressure gauge.
Panicked when I realised I needed the pressure pipe to feed the pressure gauge.
Contacted the company via email (the best way to connect with this company) had a quick reply and link to order spares. Ordered the metal sleeve and 2 tubes. They supply good information that I can pop down to my local pneumatic fittings company and pick those items up.
A very helpful company, which is rare!
