I ordered my espresso machine online from the UK, and overall, it was a very positive experience. The package was extremely well packed, and shipping was pretty fast. There was a small issue with my original order – the orange version of the machine wasn’t available – but the customer service was super friendly and quick to respond. They immediately offered me two alternatives (black and green), and I ended up going with one of them and am really happy with it.

As a nice gesture, they also included some extra goodies in the package, which I really appreciated. Overall, great communication, smooth delivery, and excellent customer care. I’ve only had the product for a few weeks.

I've had a Gaggia Classic for a few years now and got frustrated with the constant maintenance, so I decided to get a new espresso machine. After doing a lot of research, I found the Cafelat Robot. I wish I had known about this sooner. I feel like I've never had a real espresso, even from nice coffee shops, until receiving this. It is so easy to use and so wonderful tasting. The only issue I have with it is that I wish the legs were slightly wider and the distance allowed a slightly taller mug. However, I made a new base for it and bought some mugs that fit it better, so I was able to solve it on my own. I'd buy this again in a heartbeat, even over much more expensive machines.

Was concerned buying from the UK since I was in the USA, because I was going on vacation and was wary about having it sit in postal/ups warehouse until I got home. I paid for expedited shipping to mitigate the chances of that happening. Robot was ordered on 2/18, was delivered on 2/21. I have had almost a week to pull shots and get familiar. Everthing packaged perfectly. Couldn't have asked for a better purchasing experience!
