Ordered a barista robot, plus some cups and a knock box from the "seconds" selection.
Arrived the next day, perfdvtly packaged and the "seconds" were flawless (possibly end of line rather than seconds)
Robot is amazing, really high quality item, as was the service

Outstanding customer support - Harsh 1-star review retracted.
Previously reported 1-star due to shipping issues. My review was harsh and to be retracted. Cafelat provided outstanding customer support to a Royal Mail error by opening an investigation immediately with RM and by communicating quickly with me. Package was located and now enroute to me. Thank you Cafelat. 😊

Scratched. Emailed customer service and was told this is normal as they are polishing marks. lol. They are most definitely not polishing marks as those tend to be circular in motion or consistent pattern. These were blotchy and random scratches. Replied as such and no more feedback. Wonderful customer service! Not… Just received feedback below. The only issue is the new ones i ordered (all 3 pieces) look more worn than the one I’ve been using out of the box which had no such marks/ scratches. Go figure…

To clarify, our filter screens are not polished individually; they are mass-produced and compressed by machine, which can sometimes result in surface marks. These marks are a normal part of the production process and should not impact the screen’s functionality.
