Antwoord van Cake Box
Dear Nasar,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear that the balloon did not work as expected. We completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this must have been, and please accept our sincere apologies.
This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. Your feedback is very important to us, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve both our service and product quality.
We will escalate this matter to the store so they can review and investigate what happened and take the necessary steps to prevent this from happening again.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to improve. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and hope to provide you with a much better experience in the future.
Kind regards,
Cake Box Customer Support team
