The white and blue colors look awesome in person. It’s simple, lightweight, and I’ve been wearing it almost every day. Feels like a nice summer bracelet, goes well with shorts and t-shirts.

Worn for less than 24 hrs and retaining…
Worn for less than 24 hrs and retaining pin backed out & was lost. Reached out to customer service 3 times with inquires ignored. 4th they finally said they would charge me for a new pin ($1.07), so I paid. That was 8 days ago. Still no pin.

Hi Robert we only charged you a symbolic $0.99 to process it in our system ( not $6 pin + $5 shipping ) ,
and we sent you the PIN. it’s not our fault it didn’t arrive - that’s on USPS ( it might arrive to you tomorrow )
we’ll resend it tomorrow with more expensive shipping with a tracking number. but honestly, it’s not very fair on your part. We try our best.

The product page clearly states which pin fits which bracelet - if you didn’t read that, it’s not our fault.
That said, we can still send you the correct one free of charge.

Exactly as ordered / Great product & construction
Exactly as ordered. I have had past issues with other vendors on men's bracelets (wrong sizing, magnetic clasp that don't hold, stretching....), but as strong as the construction of these are, I can't see that EVER happening. I alternate between the three I ordered and I always have one on. Thanks for a great product.
