Very professional service.
We received lots of reminders and updates about the date and time for the installation of the new meters and a real time message from the installer an hour or so before he arrived. He did a great job, showed us the new meters and made a note on them of the final meter readings from the previous meters. He also explained clearly about the new indoor monitor. Great job - thank you!

Good work
James the installer texted before he arrived. Had to put in some extra pipework and replace the electricity board. He was friendly, made sure everything was working correctly before he left. No notes

Great experience, no in-home display.
The guy who came to fit it was very professional and courteous. Also very funny!
Worked really efficiently to get it installed quickly.
The only downside was no in-home display available, and the Ecotricity apps don’t even show your credit balance, let alone current usage.

Excellent Installation of 3-Phase Smart Meter
The engineer, Vinay, carried out the installation of a 3-phase smart meter in our property. Highly professional, courteous and some of the neatest wiring I've ever seen. Clearly, the work of an expert. Delighted!

He could have arrived informed about the installation he was replacing. This would have saved him time, taking advice from colleagues.
You and your partners contacted me on several occasions for answers to the same preliminary questions, even though I had already answered them online. Weekly and daily reminders of your appointment are irksome.
