Excellent experience with Calsien
The engineer arrived on time, having rung 15 minutes before to tell us he was on his way. He was polite, friendly, capable, quiet and tidied up after himself. What more could you want?

Worth the wait
It took a long time to sort because we needed things doing by National Grid. I think Calisen should send someone out to check everything is ready before you have your booking. On the day George was brilliant, really polite and efficient.

Professional job in the pouring rain!
The engineer initially went to our neighbours (semi property and the names often cause confusion). He rang the contact telephone when no-one answered so we were able to direct him round to us. Important he chased it up and didn’t just leave as we had made arrangements to be in deliberately for this. The job was done in the pouring rain with some initial issues with pairing the internal reader which too some time. Professional and persistent in a good way.

Dangerous fitting
I have already completed have not had a final response. Two months after the meter was fitted I lost all electricity into my flat. I had to call out UK Power Networks and tge engineer told me that all the connections had not been tightened up. It seems it was only a matter of time before I lost power. I am also certain that loose connections cause fires.

The engineer contacted me the day before installation and again on the day itself, which was much appreciated.
Installation was carried out efficiently.
I don't think the readings are accurate but this is likely
to be the fault of the provider.
