Ridiculous return policy
I am not all happy about the return policy. I bought an item and had to pay $9.95 to have it shipped to me. When I went to return it, I was surprised that the shipping was on me and it was over $20 for me to ship the item back. With this awful return policy, I will never buy from them again.

My daughters unfortunately did not fit…
My daughters unfortunately did not fit the xs bike jerseys, so we had to return them all. With all of that, Cambria made the return process very easy and kept us updated.

New bike purchased
I purchased a new gravel bike on sale at a great price. The bike was shipped out and in my garage in Vermont in good time.
The bike was a floor model, with hangtag, without even dust on it. VERY well wrapped and packed in the box. Took about 10 minutes to assemble, throw some new XT clipless on and go for a quick spin.

Product was a little damaged but comfortable, price was great,
The visor on the helmet was a little bent, so much so that the plastic insert that goes into the helmet had stretched. The visor sits just a little crooked. Still, the helmet is comfortable and the price was great.
