They sent me the wrong size stem. I emailed this problem. Their warehouse manager emailed me. I followed his instructions. It’s been 1 week and they still have not sent me a return authorization number. This will be at least a 4 week process. I’ve been buying bike parts online for over 20 years and never had such a delay…

I have tried to return an item, but never received the email with instructions. Tried calling but it does not go through and hangs up. Then sent a separate email and still have not heard back.

I love Cambria Bike. The shipping is fast and packaged well, the prices are outstanding, and the variety of gear is awesome!

I was charged sales tax for a pair of shorts in Minnesota (there is no tax on clothes). When I asked about this I was told per their third party vendor it was correct. Only when I threatened to return the shorts was I refunded the tax "as a courtesy". Buyer beware if you are from a state with no sales tax.

The bike arrived in nice packaging and undamaged. Assembly was easy and straightforward though some folks might like an instruction manual (weblink) for the more complex things like proper fitment, shock maintenance and management, and basic maintenance.
I did the tubeless changeover and though a bottle of sealant was included, rim stems were not so there’s a trip to the bike shop in middle of the changeover. In addition the rim tape was improperly installed and leaked immediately upon inflation. Looking around the rim, I noticed sharp spoke eyelets and one eyelet had a sharp curly cue of aluminum slag in it. After deburring the eyelets, removing the aluminum slag, cleaning, retaping the rims, and installing valve stems the rims were noticeably out of round. For a new bicycle, I would’ve hoped for much better wheel build quality.
A pump for the rear suspension would’ve also been nice as it was inflated to 100#’s which resulted in massive rear end sag and an equivalent amount of pedal strikes on the first ride. Another trip to the bike shop and more adjustments made some of which were to be expected. Handlebar needed to be cut down which is also a personalized tweak that I had expected to make where other purchasers may not.
Bike quality is good out of the box. Beautiful bike. Still not sure what it weighs, but it is significantly more hefty from my last ride. Low end components still good enough to get a feel for the underlying high end geometry frame. Brakes made me nervous at first, but they’re gripping well enough now. Only complaint at this point is cheap paint that scratches easily which has nothing to do with CAMBRIA other than that they sell the bike.
Other than what is listed, we had a little go around on discounts and billing. Bike arrived 10 days after purchase. 6 rides in, evaluating, and enjoying the tubeless setup (new to me) & CAMBRIA delivered a nice product to my doorstep while adhering to their policy.

PS The free dingy bell lasted two rides. Nice touch though.

Edit: they responded to the email. I think just expect longer delays.
They have been very helpful and the rest of the bike also arrived after 3 days.

I ordered an ebike but they just sent me a basket.
Sent them an email and no response after 36 hours.
Called their number left a voice mail, no response yet.
Called their number many many times and they never pick up the phone.
