Camera Resale Reviews

From first to last contact, everything worked perfectly. Efficient, polite, everything promised was delivered and emails were answered promptly and fully - if only every company was such a pleasure to deal with, the world would be a better place!
I would definitely recommend them.

Very happy with the easy process, great communication and rapid service through to bank transfer. A really great service with very fair assessment and offer price.

Very good company to deal with. Fast, communicative at all times and money paid the same day. Thoroughly recommend them. Very happy.

My experience selling my cameras to this company has been excellent. The online form was very easy to complete. Louis contacted me by return and offered me a price for the cameras. Postage is prepaid… plus if you aren’t happy with their offer on receipt and inspection of the cameras they will post them back free of charge. I accepted the offer and the monies was in my bank account within 24 hours…It’s a win win situation. I would definitely recommend this company.

Very happy with the quick and easy process. I was a little hesitant about sending off a couple of cameras, but everything was as Louis explained. The quote was honoured and paid the same day. Really impressed. If only every company was so easy to deal with.

Excellent communication and a professional, prompt service

Excellent service. Simple to follow. Prompt assessment of camera's value. Highly recommended. I wish everything out there worked like this!

second time I have dealt with them and they were just as good and easy to deal with as the first time, easy and good service standards

Great experience. Easy to complete contact form to provide camera details. Received a reply same day with an estimate of what they would pay. They provided a paid postage label so it was easy to send my cameras to them. Received an email the next day confirming what their offer was, very happy to accept. After providing bank details, I received payment within 24 hours.
Friendly emails from them ,with clear instructions at every step. Great experience overall.

Quick and easy service. Extremely friendly and gave a good price for my unused camera.

Every response from Camera Recycle was prompt and pleasant. Posting off the cameras was free of charge. The prices offered after receiving the cameras were well within the range of estimates given based on the photos I'd sent. There was still the option of having the cameras returned to me free of charge. I can't comment on the price paid as I don't know the actual value of the cameras I sent.

I emailed Camera Recycle with details of my old cameras I received a reply very quickly by Louis. He gave me a realistic valuation and I decided to sell my cameras. Once the cameras had been received, the money was transferred to my account the same day!
Would definitely recommend Camera Recycle

Highly recommend Camera Recycle. They were willing to pay me for 4 old cameras that other companies were not interested in. The process was simple and smooth with postage paid by them. Louis was very quick and efficient at responding and payment was immediate to my bank account.

Excellent - straightforward and easy process. I was happy with the estimated prices and the final price offered. Louis was prompt and clear in his responses. The alternative for my cameras would have been landfill so this is a win-win.

From start to finish the whole experience was very positive. I would definitely recommend Camera Recycle for selling your old unwanted cameras. The price paid was within the estimated valuation and payment received within 24 hrs of accepting their offer. Louis was very helpful and emails were answered with efficiency.

No problems. Good communication and they paid more than the pre-inspection quote. Money in the bank within a week.

After emailing Camera Recycle, I was contacted very quickly by Louis who explained how everything worked. He gave me a realistic valuation and I decided to sell my cameras. Once the cameras had been received, the money was transferred to my account the same day!
I'm very happy to think they will be used again and extremely happy with my experience.

Very easy to sell my camera and accessories. Filled in form and attached photos. Got an email with an offer and then a free postage label/QR code. Packed up and sent at the post office. Another email confirming offer, which was the top of the estimate, which I could accept or have my camera sent back. Then sent my bank details and the money was in almost immediately. All done in less than a week.

Very efficient friendly service. Initial contact, online valuation, posting and payment to my account all within a week.

The service provided was very quick and uncomplicated. My main aim was to have my old kit reused and not go to landfill, so the money was not of particular interest. Having said that, I feel that I received a good price for my stuff.
I did try another company before Camera Recycle Ltd. They were a joke. Unless I had other non camera stuff to put in the box, they didn't want to know.

I would definitely recommend Camera Recycle.
