I used Came-ro for a domestic removal from UK to northern Spain. They were highly professional and very efficient - not to mention great value! And perhaps most importantly for this complex and time-critical move their communication throughout was excellent, both friendly and responsive. Move is now happily and successfully completed. The terms and conditions were made explicit and confirmed in writing. The pick-up and delivery of the items occurred on the agreed days and times.
Good communications, from Chloe and Julie based at the ofice and also from the pleasant team of drivers, was maintained.
All these factors made for a stress-free experience for which I am grateful.

Just awful do not use this Company We booked removal for the 9th December 24 they queried the amount of goods but still put it all in van to transport from Spain to UK
They did not come out to give us a quote and all I had was a previous quote who quoted for 10 cubic meters how I wished I has used them
Next thing we know the van was in Portugal they decided to do another job and offloaded our goods into another van
They should have arrived on 12th December but we didnt receive our furniture till 15th December
So spent 3 nights on the floor with no furniture.
We are both pensioners and find the handling of this appalling
Julie was all smiles when first got the quote then did a dissappearing act
And when furniture did eventually arrive our brand new tv had a cracked screen
I would never use this Company again and how they sleep at night is beyond me they have no conscience
Despite paying over £350 for a new tv they only offered us £40
What a shambles
They are not registered with any Removal Associations either so noone to complain to.
Please dont suffer the stress and trauma we did use someone else you have been warned

Everything was fine until they got paid. Then while on the road to our new location, tried to get more money from us claiming we had more goods, cubic meters. Very perfidious way of doing business. Do yourself a favor and hire literally any other moving company. All of their positive reviews are similarly vague, and praise the problematic person at the company....seemingly self authored?

Very disappointing and stressful experience. Initially, Julie was very helpful and responsive via email. However, after the first payment the customer service quickly changed. They send you contracts to sign, which is completely acceptable, but they themselves don’t keep to their own policies.
We had to keep chasing them for our delivery date - which exceeded the 2 weeks in their contract. After emailing a few times, we eventually got a date. We paid extra for door to door drop off (this is around £70 extra) However on the day of delivery, one man showed up and refused to carry upstairs. I had to provide the contract and call - but again, no one seemed to care and the delivery man was (obviously) very pissed off about this - which I understood because he was not instructed by Julie OR the coordinator - who are (sorry to say) clearly sitting behind their desks not taking ANY responsibility for their jobs. Out of sight, out of mind!
I tried my best to carry our lighter items, but we paid the extra fee because I have hip and back injuries. I was told I would hear from Julie later that day to rectify the situation - even an apology would have been great - but I heard nothing. I had to chase her again.

Moving is one of the most stressful things to do and when you come across a seemingly nice ‘family run business’ (as your quote Camero) you immediately hope for the best. Sadly, they are a mess of a company and simply just want your money. Which you got in full - well done.

I want to finish on a positive… and the only one; the two delivery men who collected our goods were incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you to you!

Fantastic experience for international removal. Teams are responsive and nice, do their very best to help out and handle everything with care. No broken or lost item, and all this with a smile.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Before the move, we provided a detailed inventory to CAME-RO of each of our items with measurements and volume. A few hours after the collection, after we had paid the “final bill” and while we were on the road to our destination with the mover/driver, CAME-RO sent us another bill for an extra 20% allegedly because of extra volume. The company’s rational behind this was baffling: “Unless each item is perfectly square and stackable, we often find ourselves with goods 1-3m3 over volume (when customers measure each item separately) due to lack of stackability. This is likely what has happened here.” In short, CAME-RO CHARGES FOR THE EMPTY SPACES BETWEEN THE BOXES, which do not require neither man power to load/unload or extra gas to transport. This is extortion, pure and simple. Not to mention the stress that they put on their clients’ shoulders during their move.

AVOID THEM! TERRIBLE SERVICE!
They are completely unorganised it takes them ages to deliver your stuff and both times to Load and unload they sent 1 guy by himself so we personally had to help.
It took them almost 2 months to deliver our goods rather than the 2 weeks they said!
They never keep you updated on anything, you have to constantly chase them and when they finally reply they provide vague excuses!
Then the delivery happened without any notice nor the final invoice (that we are still waiting to receive) and we had to pay in a rush else they were not unloading!
VERY VERY BAD- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
The only good thing is George the delivery guy who did all his best to help us out during drop off. Despite his boss told him to leave everything on the street level we begged him to carry things up to the 1st floor (although on the contract it stated differently)
They are so bad even the delivery guy told us that was his last job with them and that he was quitting this awful company.
Unreliable and full of excuses!

I needed a few pieces moved from London to Amsterdam. I initially went onto a compare website and received 6 emails interested in helping.
Came-Ro was not only the cheapest in price, but the easiest to communicate with.
The service was fast, efficient, with no messing about and we were kept up to date at all times.
Julie in the office and the driver transporting the goods were polite and really lovely to deal with.

I will start by saying that Chloe has been a great help answering all my emails fast, efficiently and professionally. Marius delivered my goods, he was also a great help and kind! Overall the whole team is great in terms of service and communication! I would recommend this company to anyone. The company is trustworthy so it made my move less stressful! 🤗

We have used Came-Ro for the second time. UK-Spain and back to the UK. Using them for the second time should be testament as to how good they were the first time around. Having decided to return to the UK we didn’t hesitate to call them again. I communicated with Julie Duncan again throughout and she has been wonderful and is very adept at hand holding during the whole process. Julie had our belongings picked up within a week and they were delivered to us 10 days later with no damage or loss of a single item. The guys who delivered our stuff were professional and very helpful - putting the boxes in the desired rooms. They were very respectful and courteous throughout. All in all, another fantastic job by Julie and the Came-Ro team. Thank you ever so much

This was the second time I have used Camero to transport furniture from UK to Spain. Both times fantastic - clear efficient communication from the UK end - friendly too, which is a huge plus - delivery smooth and on time. Many thanks to Julie and the team!

From the initial phone call to then going through changes in my order, the pick up of my belongings and eventually having them delivered to my location in Spain was done with a professional approach and attitude one would expect. Their coordinator Julie was a pleasure to deal with.
