Julie is an awesome human being who truly cares for her client and makes sure that all the requirements are met. I was in a very tight and timely situation, regarding both pickup (from UK) and dropoff (in Germany) times. Came-Ro made sure that both are met and make things hassle free. Cherry on the top, a big one that, the prices are unbeatable. Thank you, Came-Ro!

Excellent service, from start to finish. Was nervous as hadn’t done anything like this before, Julie was fantastic and delivery men were great. Can’t thank them enough. Would definitely recommend them

Is it this Came-RO realy a company or cowboy company??? Absolutely I don’t recommend this “ company “. Why:
1. All our stuff have been here in 3 days but they did that job in 1 month and three delivery.
2. Few boxes been opened;
3. Always they make excuses and delays again and again, they lost our furniture in different warehouses in London and we waited one month until we recover 95/100
4. When they delivered they promised 2 persons to help us but that didn’t happen. Rude language, impolite, the last Van realy looked suspect. They had medicines in few boxes. But is not allowed to delivery medicines with furniture.
And and more.
At the end of all I called West Midlands police and I had few complaints. Medicine? Drugs and furniture… this is not a removable company. I don t recommend . Be careful because is something wrong here.
Really 0 star. Now keep in touch with police and not only police.

Came-Ro LTD were by far the most economical choice for our move, but they did not short us on service. Everything about our move from England to Italy was seamless from start to finish. We would 100% use this company again and highly recommend them. We have moved many times and they were by far one of the easiest and least expensive companies we have worked with. Great communication and customer service.

Julie and team were very helpful from early communication to receiving my goods on time (18 working days)

Pickup team was fast and professional dismantling and protecting some of the items.

Delivery was on time and unloaded fast.

They made it very simple and stress less. I was scared only thinking about moving back to Italy after 6 years living in London. They make it possible in a quick, easy and affordable way. Highly recommended! 5 star!

Professional and reliable service. CAME-RO helped us along the whole process. Flexible options were available to meet schedule and budget. The team members were all very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable how to best load and offload our items. I can wholeheartedly recommend this service.

From start to finish the team at Came -Ro were amazing!! Quick responses to every email and phone call. Accurate information without issues of "hidden costs". No sucking air through teeth and "doing me a favour". Chloe and Julie were excellent. No heavy upselling insurances etc. Once I gave an accurate cubic metre size to the load I wanted moved, the quote come in with all paperwork. I had some other specific requests that were managed with excellence. (BTW. The quote was the quote. It did not change.)The paperwork was simple and the customs paperwork was all completed by the ladies. No stress. I just had to provide an itemised list of the load. The quote was an excellent price. I did get quotes from 9 other movers. Came -Ro was the best by far. When I wrote to decline the other movers, some asked the price and then made loads of excuses as to how I might be gravely disappointed by the service etc. I WAS NOT WHATSOEVER! The service was great! I hired two men for collection and delivery. They were polite professional and the driver was a star in getting the truck to the house as we have a very tricky access road. There were a couple of missing/ broken items which is always to be expected. I have moved internationally twice now and this was the least of the damages. Once I sent the information to Chloe, we settled on an amount for compensation and it was paid into my bank account within 3 days. I will wholly recommend this company. They are family owned and wonderful to deal with. Simple put, the ladies took the stress out of what was to be a rather stressful move. Thank you Came-Ro. I hope to never move again, but if I do, you'll be the first to call!

Cameromovals claims to be from International Removals. But they can't provide proper service during relocation in their area. They are inefficient in both packaging and unboxing. They do more harm than good to people. I request you all to avoid Cameraremovals.

I called Cameraremovals to change flat from London to Birmingham. They charged me more than the contract. 1 star applies to them.

Cameromoval service is very bad. Their service quality is very poor. I urge you all to withdraw camomoval if necessary.

Easy in communication and professional from request/quotation to delivery, very satisfied with the service provided

We book them to move us from Birmingham to Malaga
Initial they provide a quote of £2600, after they collect our stuff they increase the qoute with 1240.... they delivered our stuff after 36 days , all furniture is scratch, mattress dirty and so on

Avoid if you can

This company is attentive and helpful right from first contact. Its costs are reasonable and attention to detail excellent. The pick-up and delivery went smoothly and the men were polite, friendly and very efficient. I would recommend it highly.

Couldn't have been easier. Organising a move, especially after the Brexit had the potential to be a very stressful experience, before i came across Came Ro, it was very much so. After deciding to go with them, everything went perfectly. They dealt with absolutely everything. They replied to all my doubts and worries immeditaley, and effectively, especially knowledgable about customs clearance. I dealt with Chloe, and she was helpful, kind , effcient and respectful at all times. The removal men on both sides where also very helpful and polite. And on top of that, they were the least expensive. I would use them 100 times over if I ever needed a move again.

I made sure I had two men to load my things as I was on my own.
Only one men arrived because the second fell ill on that morning. The driver stated he could do it on his own, I’d feel really bad to just sit and watch so I helped. Again, I understand that falling ill is not a fault and that the driver could do it on his own, I just found it disrespectful to sit and watch and I found it annoying that I’ve put in this position.
One or two men change also the time of loading…
My things took 18 working days to arrive. I received an indicative 7-14 days as an estimated time so I felt like my things were a bit late. Not a problem, but I would have appreciated an email to inform me.
I’ve been told that my things were never late as the days were only an indicative time.
The delivery date was set up as Monday, I haven’t received any other email during the whole day that I spent at home waiting. Only when I asked them a confirmation (it was 5pm) I’ve been told that the driver would have come the morning after between 6 am and 9!
I understand that is not easy to calculate the time of each loading but around midday I’m pretty sure it was very clear that the driver couldn’t make it, so I would have appreciated a communication so I could have run some errands instead of waiting at home. Again, absolutely not a problem with that, I just found unpleasant the lack of communication.

International Shipping
Our experience dealing with Came-Ro Ltd was very positive. Communication was first class and all queries were answered promptly, thank you Chloe. Their quote was very competitive. Collection and delivery to Nice was pain free. We would definitely use them again and would not hesitate in recommending this company.

Really good company to use. Everyone we spoke to or saw during our move to France was really helpful. Julie in particular was brilliant at helping me through the paperwork and very nice when our inventory kept changing.

The only negative thing,( and this was not Came-Ro’s fault), is that the customs agent they used was not very helpful in respect of bringing over our cars.

As most people would do we had booked our travel to France over a month before we traveled. We were informed the day before our goods were picked up that we had to travel as freight which would have meant cancelling our initial booking and paying a higher cost. Also in our case it was impossible as they don’t allow dogs and they hadn’t checked if we had pets.

Julie was really brilliant and managed to persuade them to manually key in our cars which meant we could use the original booking but to say it was a bit stressful was an understatement.

However that said would definitely use them again. Goods arrived safely and the export wrap they provided for some of our more delicate items protected them really well.
