Camix agreed to cancel an international shipment after it was confirmed. The only charge was the shipping fees, which were non-refundable by DHL.

Great service
Initial phone call and then service when visited were excellent. Ibrahim appreciated that I wanted something simple that would take good quality photographs. He treated me with respect and appreciated that I wasn't a professional, nor had a real interest in photography - just wanted good photos. I left happy and feel confident that my new camera ticks all my needs. Thanks.

Great and helpful staff
Helpful, patient staff. Although past cut off time for next day delivery they got the lens to me the next day.
Price was good compared to most and more importantly they did actually have one in stock. Another seller promised next day delivery and in stock but failed to deliver within 2 weeks!
