Leti and Mari were absolutely exceptional. From the first conversation to the final day of the event, nothing was ever too much hassle — they were organised, responsive, and genuinely went above and beyond at every turn. In all the events we've run as a company, we've never worked with organisers quite like them.

We hosted our AI Summit with Campfire - nearly 500 attendees - and from start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Ideas, execution, responsiveness, commitment, hands-on effort: everything was exactly how you'd hope it to be. It's such a relief to know you can rely 100% on a team that consistently finds solutions and makes the right calls in the moment.

I've worked with a lot of agencies over the years, and Campfire genuinely stood out. The on-site team was warm, professional, and - what I appreciated most - proactive. They didn't just "run" the event; they lived it with us. With real fascination for what we were doing, and always solution-oriented when something needed adjusting on the fly. The energy and dedication they brought was phenomenal.

A truly special place with a magical atmosphere that greatly added to the overall experience. The wonderful location really helped us in fostering meaningful exchange, create a bond among the participants and created lasting memories. The interactions with Campfire in the run-up to the event were great: the team really worked hard to craft a unique experience that suited our group and objectives. During the retreat, Valeria was always on hand to support with any minor or major queries that come up and made us feel not just welcome, but also taken care of and valued.

Our management team held a four-day offsite at The Workstation. What could have been a very stressful experience for me turned out to be a remarkably smooth and relaxed one. Valeria, our event manager, together with her team, took care of everything with minimal guidance.

The team had an amazing time—enjoying the medieval walls, the stunning surroundings, and the charm of this beautiful part of Italy. The facilities were excellent, and the rooms and overall environment were warm and inviting.

Letizia + the rest of the campfire team made this a phenomenal offsite. As an employee, I wasn't involved much in the planning or logistics of the off-site, but all I know is I didn't have to worry about a thing. All changes were adapted to smoothly, and our retreat was a huge source of laughter, bonding, & hard work.

We partnered with Campfire for our company's annual retreat. As a UK-based company, this was the first time the company went abroad for it and finding a partner that could help us sort out all of the details, spoke the local language and plan a truly memorable event was vital to its success. Over several months we worked closely with Letizia and the Campfire team to brainstorm and plan every last detail for the retreat in Italy. They were well organised, great at communication and always reachable when we had any questions. They ensured our team of over 30 were well taken care of at the venue and made sure that every request was handled in a timely manner. The property itself is great for remote company retreats: it’s quiet, scenic, and well-equipped with screens, projectors, and meeting spaces. Our team truly had the space to connect, focus, and work together in person.

Working with Campfire to organize a company retreat for 60 people at Feather was an absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish. As the People Ops lead, I had a long list of criteria and a vision that honestly felt almost impossible to bring to life — but Campfire completely exceeded all expectations.

A special shoutout to Sanida, who went above and beyond in helping us find the perfect venue. Despite the complexity of our needs, she was tireless, creative, and deeply committed to making it happen — and she did, brilliantly.
