Checkly's team recently hosted our second retreat with The Campfire Company, and once again we’re glad we chose them to organize it.

Our event planner Francesca was incredibly attentive, responsive, and accommodating, making sure every detail was covered so our retreat ran smoothly.

The property itself is great for remote company retreats: it’s quiet, scenic, and well-equipped with screens, projectors, and meeting spaces. Our team truly had the space to connect, focus, and work together in person.

Working with Campfire to organize a company retreat for 60 people at Feather was an absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish. As the People Ops lead, I had a long list of criteria and a vision that honestly felt almost impossible to bring to life — but Campfire completely exceeded all expectations.

A special shoutout to Sanida, who went above and beyond in helping us find the perfect venue. Despite the complexity of our needs, she was tireless, creative, and deeply committed to making it happen — and she did, brilliantly.

And the biggest thanks of all goes to Elisa Zecchin, our incredible event planner. I’ve worked with many vendors over the years, and I can confidently say Elisa is one of the best in the business. Her attention to detail, calm professionalism, and thoughtful touches made the entire retreat seamless, inspiring, and unforgettable. Elisa, you’re one of a kind!

Campfire made our company retreat an absolute success. From the very beginning of the planning process to the moment we arrived on site, their team was proactive, organized, and attentive to every detail. Francesca and Letizia did a phenomenal job of organizing our company retreat for 220 people in Cefalu, Italy! They took care of every detail, every step of the way during the pre-trip planning. Our Sicily retreat wouldn’t have been the same without Campfire — and especially Letizia and her amazing team! From the moment we arrived until the very last day, they were always one step ahead: sorting out every detail from airport transfers to food, comfy rooms, great workspaces, and fun hangout areas.

What really stood out was how kind, responsive, and solution-oriented the team was throughout the week. No matter what came up, they handled it with a smile and made things happen quickly.

Campfire organized an outstanding retreat for our company in Sicily, accommodating around 200 participants. Everything was top-notch, from the shuttles to and from the airports to the food, accommodation, workspaces, and even social areas. Letizia and her team were incredibly responsive and practical whenever we had new requests or needed changes throughout the week. This was our second experience working with Campfire, and we hope it won't be our last.

We went on a company retreat on the stellar island of Monte Isola in northern Italy, and it turned out to be an experience I will end up remembering for a good time and a long time. There were a lot of activities right from the get-go; including painting, riddles, and pizza, and everything was well planned for the duration we were there.

I'd like to express a special note of gratitude to Letizia and the rest of the team involved, especially for the extra help provided and their know-how around the local area. This stay was magical, and I'd love to return to this island someday!

I was having a retreat with Campfire already 3 times - and every time it was a different experience - every time a different mood - every time a different setting - but always looking back and telling to myself I´ll do it again. Taking the team out from the usual routines, gathering them at a beautiful place, in nature and special surroundings is so worth it.
