But I think you do a great job, you communicate with your clients politely even if they are not ready to do business with you. Few weeks by one of your agents (Jason Richards) called me asking whether I was ready to go through with the process of being guided by your entity in getting a work visa for Canada, and he spoke to me politely and encouraged me that whenever I was ready I should just email.

To be honest, I was not sure if I'm dealing with the good people or not. Because there is a lot of scams out there and we don't really know who to strust.
In fact, the experience was promising, and I really enjoyed it. However, you also have to listen to those who just want the information they need to prepare properly. I wanted much more detail to help me plan my program, but I found the person I was talking to completely uninterested as soon as I mentioned I was preparing for next year. That's unprofessional.

“The Seamless process on their website” must mean seamlessly taking people’s money and seamlessly avoiding refunds.

As a friend of the family, I witnessed the terrible experience they had with this company. A family member paid nearly $13,000 for UK application services, only to later discover several questionable and heavily inflated charges when a refund was requested.

After months of complaints, the company agreed to refund $2,000, but since then it has been nothing but excuses, delays, and empty promises.
