Fraudulent double shipping charge
After ordering a battery and paying with my card, these guys emailed me to ask for additional payment on the excuse that my address is remote which is a lie. My shipping address which I correctly filled in when I ordered is right in the middle of a provincial capital city. They refused to ship until I was forced to part with more cash.

1 of 2 batteries did not work. The 61++ battery for my Lenovo Thinkpad P51s works great. The 68+ battery for my Lenovo Thinkpad P50s has never worked. Error message says incorrect voltage.
The 68+ battery for my Lenovo Thinkpad P50s has never worked. Error message says incorrect voltage. Does not charge and cannot read power level. When laptop is removed from docking station it then powers off. We have tried all fixes and software updates with no success.

I can't express how thankful I am
I can't express how much hassle and money I have saved purchasing the battery from this site. Even through post strike I received it on time, new, fully loaded replacement battery for my car fob (special battery). In a dealership it was 6-8 weeks waiting time and cost $700 with installation. Canadalaptopbattery did it for $47. Thank you for being on the market. I will definitely mark your site for all my future battery needs.

Vacuum Cleaner Replacement Battery
I purchased a replacement battery for my cordless vacuum cleaner. The website instructions and description made it very clear which battery I required for compatibility with my vacuum, and the team sent a follow-up email to verify model number to ensure I had selected the correct battery prior to shipment. Shipping was quick, and item received was exactly what I needed. Thank you!

Good place to get replacement laptop battery
I was looking for an online laptop battery place in Canada. Sometimes it's hard to know who to trust and what you're going to get, especially when ordering online.
I went ahead and took a gamble with Canadalaptopbattery.com based on Trustpilot and am glad that I did. From the ordering, shipment tracking, delivery and installation, I had no problems getting the battery installed, up and running, charging and running like my original Sony VIAO battery did, lasting 4 full hours on charge. It's a slim profile laptop so that's about what I was getting on my original.
I would definitely purchase from them again.

Battery didn't work properly, had to put the OEM one back in
I received the battery promptly, but after installation it didn't work properly.
The laptop registered a smaller battery, and wouldn't display how much time was remaining on the current charge. The laptop oddly also took significantly longer to turn on after being shut down.
I removed the new battery and put the old one back in, so now I'm back to square one (a laptop that works great but only allows a couple hours of use per charge). Quite disappointing.
Presumably unrelated, but also the wiring harness that is used to attach the battery to the circuit board is longer than the OEM one, which is a small nuisance.
UPDATE: The company had no issue refunding my purchase price, once I showed proper proof of my problems. Seems like a good-company, despite my trouble.

Ordered a new battery for my Acer AS 1410. My old battery was dying very quickly. The new battery arrived within a few days by Canada Post. I followed the instructions to charge up fully, discharge fully, then charge up fully again. The new battery is giving me well over 5 hours of use which is really great!
