Canadapetcare.com makes pet meds affordable. With the 25% discount on their most recent offer, something that was $180+ at my favorite membership warehouse was under $100 at canadapetcare. If you want overnight shipping, this is not the place. It takes a long time to receive your order. I plan ahead and don't wait until I've run out. If you place your order and realize there's a mistake, call or email immediately. When I did that, they responded and corrected the mistake on the very next business day. I've been ordering from them for a few years and will continue to do so since my experiences have always been positive.

21 days to get medicine is not ok. but they dont tell you till after the order. customer service is impossible to rech. they charge credit card right away, not when shipped. DISHONEST!!!!

My debit card was immediately stolen after I bought something from the site. It's never been stolen in my entire adult life. Don't trust these people

Canada Pet Care offers excellent prices, frequent generous seasonal discounts, no tariffs passed onto the customer, and fast free shipping. The added bonus is the rewards points, which add up quickly, and are generous in giving you 1 point for every dollar spent, with 4 points equaling a dollar off your order. The rewards program is my only complaint. You are limited to redeeming no more than 10% of your order total, and rewards points expire 12 months from date of issue. This means you’d have to spend over 10x the amount you have in rewards points in one single purchase in order to zero them out. For me, that means I have to purchase over $740 worth of product in one order. Then I’ll get more rewards points for that order, and the cycle continues. It creates a hamster wheel effect. When redeemable rewards points are limited and have a small expiration window, this means you will likely never actually benefit from all of the rewards you earned. It feels scammy and honestly, with a better rewards program, CPC would be a 10/10.

Do not try to get expedited ship they are kind of rude and no matter how long you do business with them you will not get it done. I have done business with them for a very long time and after this experience I will not be doing anymore. I wish they had honored request as mistakes happen and when you need it you need it. I am sorry.

I ordered heartgard one year supply and next guard one year supply. Paid extra for tracking the package but have received no tracking number or information so that I can track the package.

I bought Bravecto from them for my dog, and it was supposed to last three months, but it didn't last a week. The box had what looked like a misprint, which makes me suspect it could be a counterfeit.

Just ordered for a 4th time over the last few years. Never had any issues receiving Heartgard plus. Used to ship from France. This last order is shipping out of Singapore. I prefer to stay out of the vets office due some of them being vax zealots. Don’t believe the flaccid low T reviews.

Very disappointed I normally order from these guys and the product is normally pretty good it works but I bought bravecto that was two and a half months out of dated but I just used on my dogs didn't see it until my son showed me but it was too late I'm hoping it still works and then I did not receive my dewormer that said it was in the same package when I ordered it to bull crap $156 and didn't receive everything and everything was out of date my bravecto beware

They are selling counterfeit products!!! Do not trust this website!!! It looks legit but you don't know what you are buying and if you look closely you can see it's fake.

I have been ordering from them for 10 yrs. now and have never experienced a problem or thought any of their products were fake. I order the revolution flea drops and my dogs and cats have no fleas and have never gotten sick.

The site is misleading as it uses Canada in its name. I am located in the USA. Cat medication comes from Singapore, and when I asked for an exchange, they gave me an address in the UK to send it back, plus I had to pay the shipping, the tracking, and the 10% tariff. So be aware if you order here.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service with outright lies from phone agents and misrepresentations on their website. I have twice placed an order for the same product. The first time was for an international shipment where their website clearly states that all tariffs are paid. Wrong. The product was held by customs and money demanded of me. I informed CanadaPetCare by phone of the problem and they offered to refund the additional amount. No thank you, as filing customs paperwork is a nightmare. Refund still not received 10 days later. The second time I ordered for a shipment to the USA, and their website states: "Prompt Shipment Guarantee
All the orders placed on our website are shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on a holiday or during weekends are shipped on the next working day. For any reason, if your order is not shipped within the provided time frame, we will notify you." WRONG. The order was not shipped for 3 days according to their records and they failed to notify me for 8 days. CanadaPetCare.com is a disreputable company that does not stand by its written guarantees.

These are 100% knockoff products. They are not based in Canada and their product ships from Chine.

They advertise and show images of USA pet products, and they delivered products in a different packaging with another language. The products are close to expiration or even expired by the time you can finish the dosage of the product. When you contact them to correct the item they say they are out of inventory. Since they have given a discount they tell you they will not correct the issue or send the correct items as it was to costly for them to reship or fix the issue. The escalation is difficult with the same tiny partial refund that makes it difficult to then purchase a 1/2 or part supply again.
This is not a great way to retain any customer. I feel scammed with how it was handled.
